There's a small convenience store within the lobby for forgotten/needed items. Had breakfast choices: waffle iron, scrambled eggs, cereal, juices, toast, oatmeal, etc. Bed making is done every 3 days which worked for us as we were checking out after 3 nites..and we prefer our own lived in space. Cleaning staff found an earbud under the bed and staff phoned me (now outa the province) to ask if mine. I then had my relatives pick it up & mail it back. Great service, thank you!

I think 6-9am was breakfast room hours. We had to sleep later due to overnight flight & time zones so missed cut-off. Normally I'm a 6am kinda gal! Check in staff/front desk helped us with our luggage up to 2nd floor upon arrival, using their service elevator requiring locking mechanism & button holding. (like a accessibility/wheelchair elevator) I believe one needs to summon assistance to use it going downwards, so we used the stairs to haul our gear downwards upon departure.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The manager, NEERAJ, was incredibly enthusiastic and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. His passion for ensuring guests have a great stay stood out. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and we appreciate it.

We were slightly disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. Having stayed at other hotels under the same brand, I found the breakfast offerings here to be somewhat lacking in comparison. While it was sufficient, a little more variety and higher quality items would make a big difference. I'm confident that this hotel could easily become a top choice for travellers with a few tweaks to the breakfast menu.

Very solid continental breakfast, but the waffle maker is a fantastic addition. Fruit was fresh and tasty, and the coffee really hit the spot. As far as continental breakfasts go, this one was great.

I understand that there is a premium price for weekends in this country, but it was still a little on the pricier side. Nice pool. Clean, Big rooms. Great breakfast and a bar at night. So you can see where the money goes, but if I have to pick something I didn't like, it has to be the cost, because everything else was top notch.

Loved the pool, sauna and hot tub. Nice size for my little family. The staff was amazing! Very clean. Heater in room was QUIET 😊 Great location Continental breakfast had a variety of foods to eat.

Pillows were a little flat.

Everything is awesome, from the first step you will feel the love, best customer service in the front desk, Rooms cleaned and disinfected. Best breakfast fast in Canada, and quite hotel.

The location was great for our visit. The breakfast was sufficient. Really thankful that breakfast was being offered.

Room price seemed a little pricey versus the the US hotels we stayed in on our trip, even after the exchange rate.

This room was spacious for a family of five. Breakfast was limited but offered enough to start everyone's day off right.

The food on the breakfast was not so great and the washroom shower wasn't clean properly.

The pool and hot tub were great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful.

The sauna didn't work and the pillows that were on the top stunk, the pillow cases had not been washed. The breakfast could have been better.
