Moham and Abby were great. I went to use my microwave in the morning and realized there was not a microwave. I had stayed 2 weekends before in the same type of room and it had a microwave so I was very surprised. I called Moham at the front and she had maintenance bring up a microwave very quickly. That was over and above in service. She explained to me that the higher rooms do not have a microwave so I will try to remember to ask for a room with microwave in the future. In the process of booking a stay in July.

I did not realize that there was no housekeeping until a 3 night stay. We had left our room for the day and when we returned I was surprised the bed had not been made. I am a very neat person so it was not a big deal but I also feel like when you are paying for the room you are paying for that service. I will remember to ask in the future.

The location was perfect and close to friends. The breakfast was decent with limited options. I was expecting a bit of an upgrade on breakfast on Christmas day, but it was the same menu as every other day. I also like the gym and swimming facilities. The staffs were very friendly, and ample space for parking.

The dishes at the dining are not thoroughly cleaned. You have to make sure to pick a clean plate and cutlery. I also didnt like that they could not clean my room until Day of my stay.

Staff were friendly, the pool was lovely and the whole place is so clean! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with good variety. The rooms also smelt really nice and fresh and not like chemical cleaned.

Only complaint I can think of is the blind cords to lower or raise blinds was annoying with the safety tube on it. I get why it's there but thats quite literally the only thing I can think of that I didn't like.

The brkfst was good but the room was too small. The reception was excellent, both Abigail, her superior and Maham were very pleasant and helpful. They are great employees

For a new hotel there are some problems. We were in 309 and the door to the fridge is already warped and will not close. The door to closet is very poorly hung and there are gaps around the entrance door. I would not have passed the final checkout

Extremely clean rooms. I booked a king room and when I got there they told me they were all booked out and I ended up with two queens and they mentioned all kings were sold out - I didn’t love that as I think you should get what you booked - and I was on the street side of the hotel so I could hear cars BUT the rooms were spacious and spotless and nice and the breakfast was excellent.

I love the clean modern look of this hotel. The rooms were well spaced and planned. The gym was clean and lovely. The pool was also clean and bright. The breakfast was excellent. There was something for everyone. (6 of us). There was ample parking. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this property.

It was very clean. Cathy (personal working the breakfast station) was so very nice as was Erin. My family will be back in the fall for my daughter’s wedding and Erin is helping to organize rooms.

I have to say that I was a little surprised how much hallway noise you could hear. Not just noisy people, regular noises as well.

The hotel is relatively new and if was a great stay. The rooms are very spacious, including the bathroom. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly. This was my first time staying in Windsor but if I was to go again I would probably not need to look anywhere else.

Although breakfast was delicious there wasn’t enough seating, not enough salt and pepper to go around. Or ketchup. And although breakfast was served until 10, there was only decaf coffee by 9:30. Caffeinated coffee is very important

The Staff are awesome. Rooms are clean. Tons of things close by.

there were no accessible buttons for the doors on the back. Not a major thing more functional day to day. trying to unlock the door while bringing in suitcases lol the doors are solid and close as they should fast.
