Close to the airport, good shuttle service. It was clean. The desk clerk was friendly & accommodating. Since this was our first time we needed shuttled service to to the motel, I suggest the desk clerks be sure to tell customers when they call for the shuttled to tell them not only to go to ground transportation but to be sure to go to the area that is where the shuttles pick up people. We were waiting in the wrong end of the pick up area, yet when I told the desk clerk where we were waiting (it was on the opposite end of the waiting area) she didn’t explain where we needed to wait. Partly our fault, we didn’t realize how far apart we were from the shuttle pick up. meh

The restaurant was closed on Friday & Saturday due to staff shortage. We had to be shuttled to/from a restaurant. We had to get a copy of the tv channels, none in the room. No restaurant information in the room.

I liked that the room is equipped with good shower products. After traveling for 12+ hours we were picked up on time by the shuttle bus. We got checked in and were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room!

Not too much we didn’t like. Was confused about the breakfast set up. By the time we figured it out it was 9:28 and breakfast ended at 9:30.

Marylin at the front desk was kind and helpful from the time I called from the airport (not sure how to get shuttle) to checking me in, and to helping me find a way to tip my shuttle driver! Thanks Marylin! You made my stay! The next morning, I reached out to the front desk to borrow a mouse pad, and the gentleman at the desk allowed me to borrow one! Simple but super helpful!

My room temperature was never comfortable. I could not get the heat or AC to work properly, even using the window unit. I looked forward to working in the business center, but it was SO hot, I chose to leave and go to Starbucks.

The website stated the hotel restaurant would be closed on Friday, which was the date of our stay. I did not bother to confirm this in person before ordering delivery. Disappointing that website is not updated!!

Everything was great prices are high for everything goin on but I won’t stay anywhere else and breakfast is great jus maybe till ten for us whom get in late !

The bed and different pillow selections were terrific. I had a great night's sleep, the best of my entire trip. The liquid soaps and lotions were nice and everything was very clean.

We found out at check-in that the restaurant was closed due to low staffing. This was a big disappointment because we selected this hotel in part because it had a restaurant. We planned on having dinner and breakfast inside the hotel. Also the vending machines weren't maintained well.

The conjoined rooms were great and the ease it was to request them. The beds were amazing! So comfortable.

The pool was smaller than I imagined, and the pool room was extremely small. There were a few small stains on the sheets and blankets and a dead spider in the ice bucket

The amenities, WiFi, clean linen, room size, and breakfast! Everything was really nice!

Didn’t state we needed a breakfast voucher, but we finally received one.

having to wait 25 minutes at Detroit airport for the shuttle - I had to phone the hotel and was told “you have to phone for the shuttle”. only hotel in USA that you have call for the airport shuttle ? the fact that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. couldn’t this have been completed in the last two years when the hotel was empty ?
