My husband and I fly standby and didn’t make the last flight out so we needed a place to stay. This was the cheapest option so we booked for the few hours until we had to go back to the airport. Overall so happy! The shuttle from and to the airport was easy and free, the staff was friendly, the room was very simple and clean. All we did was sleep for a few hours but we liked it.

You get what you pay for, it’s a little run down but really not much to complain about it. Sadly we had to leave before breakfast started.

Super close to airport and greatful for shuttle with such an early departure. Resturant had a good burger but they forgot my cheese. Good Value.

Staff was nice at check in when I called later after to request another face cloth as we only had one and two bath towels she seemed like it was a problem for me to ask and then I had to go downstairs and get.

I stayed overnight after spending the day in Detroit with my sister — we had a chill time exploring the city before my flight to Mexico the next morning. My flight was at 6:00 AM, and the hotel had guests meet in the lobby at 2:45 AM for a shuttle departing at 3:30 AM. The staff was friendly, and the accommodations were clean and satisfactory — just what I needed for a quick, pre-travel stay.

They need to provide better breakfast options, but the staff were super nice.

Our toilet's water pressure was so low that it would not flush. We had to use the restroom in the lobby. Maintenance came, but nothing could be done.

At 8.20 AM, there was NO more breakfast, although breakfast time is until 9 AM. After showing my unhappiness, the receptionist got some stuff out of the kitchen for me and another' person, all still frozen. This is my 3rd stay where there was a problem with obtaining breafast, although included in the price. I have sent a note about this to the manager, but nothing changes!!

soo much to like. coffee maker in the room. great selection of channels on the tv. the bed WAS like being enveloped in a warm hug. desk and chair allowed reading and relaxing.

the bathroom. was adequate and functional. besides the blow dryer it offered the bare minimum. the water pressure on the hand held shower head was forceful. hotel restaurant did not offer hamburgers. the fish n chips were 1st rate,

My room was clean to the naked eye but as I looked for electrical outlets I saw trash behind the night table. Didn’t like that.

Very convenient location. Room was ideal for our stay. Staff very friendly and happy to answer any questions. I would stay again.

More fruit at breakfast wouldhave been appreciated. Adjusting the temperature on the shower was not easy.

I traveled out of town and was stuck out of state due to weather / I checked status of my car which was parked at hotel as I used their shuttle to get to airport / My car showed a flat tire, I called Hotel and the staff was happy to Help, I got back and tire had been aired up which helped so much!!! After along Journey to get home, I am so grateful they were there to help
