I love the easy check-in , the building was so beautiful, as was my room. The water feature and trees in the pool/cafe area were so nice while I ate my breakfast. I honestly wish my stay had been longer, I felt very comfortable and safe while traveling alone. I stayed at Motor City Casino the following evening with a friend and while it is an impressive hotel, the bed at Wyndham was so much more comfortable by a long shot. I read a lot of reviews that said the building needed to be updated and that everything felt old and worn down. I didn't think that at all. While definitely not the most modern of facilities, I sincerely felt like I paid far less than I could have for such a nice place. As a single person, I didn't mind, but if I had traveled with my spouse, I'd have been upset about only 1 nightstand.

I did not love waiting alone, in the middle of the night, for over an hour and a half for a shuttle. Another shuttle driver was concerned about how long I waited and even tried to call the hotel and get someone to come for me. I saw the same busses from other hotels come around several times while I waited. When I finally got to my room, I was tired and didn't notice the dark curtains were tucked really far in and thought there weren't any, so the bright parking lot lights were difficult. This is 99.9% on me, but leaving them more visible is worth the consideration.

I liked how nicely kept the facility was.

They make you pay $140 for deposit not including room fee and they do not disclose this information to you until you are checking in. The room I rented for the night was not $140… no way near it, so I feel I should not have to pay such a large deposit plus room fee and taxes. Nothing is included in this $140 but their reassurance. If you can’t trust some people you lodge you make the rest of the lodgers account for your misfortune over the years. Well that’s all there is to say…You stink on deposit fees.

I like everything about the hotel it's beautiful inside relaxing peace and quiet.

I didn't like how the TV messed up why you enjoying a good movie relaxing and when you want to warm something up in the microwave the TV is messing up

I DID NOT LIKE THAT I HAD TO LEAVE A $160.00 DEPOSIT THIS WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I PLACED MY CREDIT CARD ON BOOKING.COM EVEN WITH PAYING WITH MY CREDIT CARD I STILL HAD TO GIVE $160.00 CASH DEPOSIT AND HAD TO COME BACK TO GET IT BECAUSE I CHECKED OUT AT 6AM AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T RECEIVE MY CASH DEPOSIT BACK TILL LATER THAT DAY!!!!!!

The hotel was lovely and dinner was exceptional. Shame so few people were partaking in this exceptional food. My only complaint was the bed, seemed older as we rolled into each so used extra pillows to stop.

This hotel is great value for the amenities and proximity to the airport.

It’s pretty dated, but we booked it at a price that we knew it wouldn’t be a brand new hotel.

The music in the restaurant was too loud for my taste. It was past 9:00 pm, so it was only the bar, so it is understandable

we loved it its was safe staff was very nice and very clean breakfasts was very good and very clean the pool was also clean i will definitely stay there again

The hotel is undergoing renovation work but that was not a problem for me since I had an early flight and wanted to stay close to the airport.

there was nothing I didn't like. It met my expectations because I flew in to stay and visit friends in Ann Arbor and came out and stayed near the airport because I had an early flight to go back home
