I liked how nicely kept the facility was.

They make you pay $140 for deposit not including room fee and they do not disclose this information to you until you are checking in. The room I rented for the night was not $140… no way near it, so I feel I should not have to pay such a large deposit plus room fee and taxes. Nothing is included in this $140 but their reassurance. If you can’t trust some people you lodge you make the rest of the lodgers account for your misfortune over the years. Well that’s all there is to say…You stink on deposit fees.

I like everything about the hotel it's beautiful inside relaxing peace and quiet.

I didn't like how the TV messed up why you enjoying a good movie relaxing and when you want to warm something up in the microwave the TV is messing up

I DID NOT LIKE THAT I HAD TO LEAVE A $160.00 DEPOSIT THIS WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I PLACED MY CREDIT CARD ON BOOKING.COM EVEN WITH PAYING WITH MY CREDIT CARD I STILL HAD TO GIVE $160.00 CASH DEPOSIT AND HAD TO COME BACK TO GET IT BECAUSE I CHECKED OUT AT 6AM AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T RECEIVE MY CASH DEPOSIT BACK TILL LATER THAT DAY!!!!!!

The hotel was lovely and dinner was exceptional. Shame so few people were partaking in this exceptional food. My only complaint was the bed, seemed older as we rolled into each so used extra pillows to stop.

Convenient shuttle. Nice and easy stay.

The music in the restaurant was too loud for my taste. It was past 9:00 pm, so it was only the bar, so it is understandable

we loved it its was safe staff was very nice and very clean breakfasts was very good and very clean the pool was also clean i will definitely stay there again

The cost, the location and the hotel as such is very nice. He needs a little love and it would be 100%. The bed is very comfortable and the included breakfast is very good.

It seems that they are not receiving as many guests, which means that they have less staff to work with. That makes the areas look a bit sloppy. For example, the grass and gardens, the carpets, the swimming pool and the corridors.

The hotel is undergoing renovation work but that was not a problem for me since I had an early flight and wanted to stay close to the airport.

there was nothing I didn't like. It met my expectations because I flew in to stay and visit friends in Ann Arbor and came out and stayed near the airport because I had an early flight to go back home

I liked the friendly and helpful receptionists, the comfortable rooms, and the good breakfast.

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like.

Was a great pool and in- garden. Looks very cool and lots of space to relax and have a coffee. Early breakfast was a hit
