This property is clean and well-appointed. The amenities are complete for a real studio room - everything you need to cook and store food. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Location is perfect -centrally located in Canton and close to getting to the surrounding areas.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The stay was just for a brief overnight. The location was just what we needed. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the bed was perfect. If I had to lodge only one complaint it would be about the pillows. They were a little flat.

Everything was as expected. The location is perfect, close to food and shopping. Everything was clean. And everything worked. You cannot truly ask for more than that from a hotel.

the room was awesome!

parking lots were full or closed for work and no arrangements were made for overflow parking. The staff on duty said "I don't know what to tell you" when we asked what other options were available with all lots full. We wound up jumping the curb and parking on the grass with our suv. It was the only option open to us at the time.

check in was smooth. Staff friendly

The heating unit only dispense cold air. It said heat but warmest was 69 . That was not warm. Also had issue with door. It would not unlock. Took 2 employees to get it unlocked.

I reserved two rooms but when I got there one had been canceled because they claimed that my card was declined, but I never got a call or e-mail letting Me know this, so imagine my frustration when I got there and only had the room which cost the most! Why would one room get paid for but the other declined because I have a high daily spending limit and these prices were well inside those limits!! They gave us a room in another hotel across the parking lot but it sure would have been nice to be closer together! Because of this, I would hesitant on booking there again because of the possibility of the same thing happening without any notification. And by the way, I don't think it should have been up to my bank to inform Me when I didn't reserve the rooms from them, but from TownPlace!!

Breakfast and Location was great. Continental Breakfast had a great selection. Location was in the heart of canton area.

There was nothing not to like.

The room right next to the ice maker and the pool area was out of order.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfasts were delicious. I love the shelves, drawers and cubbies in the room. I was able to unpack my suitcases and hang my clothes. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a few minutes to my daughter's house and lots of choices to eat . The music was very relaxing in the speakers.

I was surprised that the closet was locked. When I stayed there before, the closet was one of the room's best features. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit while smoking I did have an angry exchange with another .guest, she didn't have her dog on a leash and he kept trying to bite me. She was verbally abusive to me and never picked her dog up. The staff did immediately handle the situation for me.

The cleanliness Enjoyed the bed and the room

Great facility - kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes- better than most suites. Location is great - near major roads and expressways- but off the road in a quiet area.
