Was a great room and most amenities breakfast was above average and well taken care of and maintained the coffee being provided 24/7 and good quality always stocked and clean everything was very clean except for the pool I was also led to believe there was a Jacuzzi I don't know why we stayed in one of the king suites it was a beautiful room we were kind of out by ourselves which was nice on the top floor very grateful to the staff for their hard work they were kind and careful with us we would stay there again if it wasn't for the hair floating around in the pool which made it very unappealing unfortunately we would have given it top rating I would have loved a jacuzzi though even a tub in the room or something would have been nice thank you

I was presently surprised with the Hampton inn in Canton. The room was very clean in the bed had a good quality blanket and sheets. The home baked cookies on the arrival made it feel special! My husband and I also enjoyed a few laps in the pool the next morning and an ample breakfast bar. I will definitely stay at this property when returning to the Detroit area again!

It would have been nice to have a hot tub or sauna at this property.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and we enjoyed the chocolate chip waffles.

The front desk staff was not friendly or approachable. The remodel didn't affect us, but for family members staying on 4th floor stated the elevator worked but not sure and getting off on floor was a bit confusing. Again, front desk could've helped with some guidance or prepare them for what to expect.

Breakfast was great . The room was clean and beds were comfy. Nice and clean lobby and pool area.

The night staff lady was not very pleasant. We walked in and I said hello and she just stared at us. Didn’t smile and barely talked to us . She didn’t inform us of breakfast hours or what time everything was open until. She just seemed like we bothered her.

Everything! The room was great! Beds and pillows (4 on each bed 🤯) were super comfy! The bathroom was huge! The continental breakfast was amazing!!! Everything you could want! And the kids loved the pool!

The ONLY complaint I have is that the pool was freezing lol

Night desk staff exceptional Room was super quiet Had a room with a shower no tub.

Goofy Hotel-Style hokey TV system and Remote control. When will Hotel chains learn these media control packages that third party providers sell them, are garbage.

Asked if I could get late checkout as we had a wedding at 2 and checkout was 11. Told I couldn’t because I wasn’t a Hilton member and had booked through third party. Next time I’ll book direct. Wasn’t aware there were disadvantages of using third party to book.

MOST Breakfast options were carb heavy, but I found things which I could eat.

The shower basin was handicapped accessible (an unexpected plus!) - however, in spite of keeping the shower head turned away from the curtain , significant water spilled onto the floor. The TV did not provide a digital guide one could scroll through to see which shows are available

Nice selection. One day gravy was lumpy.

One of the mattresses in our room was soft on the side and uncomfortable. An older mattress I’m sure. The bathroom light flickered every morning and the walk plug was loose.

The front disk is friendly, but they need to listen to the customer when the handcup asking for room near to the elevator. But the lady on the disk she never checked just gave a random answer.
