Spacious and clean. Comfortable and good facilities like the laundry room, gym and area to hangout.

Breakfast always seemed to be the same thing. And the lady who worked it was kind of rude and rushing. There was 10 mins until it was over and my kids and I rushed to go get something really quick and she started putting stuff away and closing doors knowing they were making waffles which ran out and she didn’t have the courtesy to get a new one out. She seen us there waiting on the waffle to be done and closed the doors to where the plates and silverware and syrups were. Personally the breakfast wasn’t for me it was for the kids and I thought that was the rudest thing.

Location, room comfort, friendliness of the staff, especially those responsible for food in the breakfast area, the suite has everything you need for your stay. Very quiet environment considering that the hotel is located right next to the highway.

Breakfast food selection. The food is tasty and in sufficient quantities, but for both days I stayed, the selection was completely the same.

Spartan clean and modern. Upgraded solid rooms with kitchenette. Beautiful bath and lighting Amazingly comfortable bed. I used it for one evening getaway to allow my daughter to have a house party at my home. I plan to do this again just for the peace and serenity Also it was cold outside. Had beautiful large firepit going with chairs surrounding.

The morning/ afternoon staff was very kind and she made me feel welcome and comfortable!! The bed was very comfortable!!

The shower could use more thorough cleaning!! Also the room had the TV is mounted on the side of the bed, rather than in front of it.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, check-in was a breeze, and the beds were super comfy!

For a king suite, the room was very small. It was still a good room, but I definitely expected the room to be a little bigger. Also, breakfast could be better. My kids would not eat the eggs because they were very watery.

I liked that the property has a tiny kitchen for you to cook (this comes in handy when you have a tiny family.) The property in itself is very beautiful! My family and I have stayed here plenty of times and it never disappoints tbh!

What I didn’t like about the property is that the staff didn’t communicate when it came down to my room bill and I was being charge odd amounts numerous of times (thank goodness I had my card locked!) Though the woman at the front desk was able to help and smooth things over it was just a little aggy that I even had to deal with that. Nonetheless, our room was very nice don’t get wrong. But, the person who cleaned the room didn’t take the initiative to check the draws because someone left their night gown and their socks behind. I wouldn’t have had such a HUGE problem have I didn’t have my child because I personally probably wouldn’t have went in the draws, nevertheless, as a toddler you couldn’t expect anything less of that as they’re new explorers of the world.

LIKES THE hospitality of the greeter at the hotel was excellent and helped me tremendously Rooms were equipped with appliances, which felt warm to enter the room

As I'm somewhat of a germaphobe, I examined the bed, and I found a stain on the sheets and liner.

Very clean, modern, and well kept. We were there with a group of family, around 30 of us. We were there for the Michigan game. There were plenty of places to gather, the outdoor fire pit was amazing! The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great, very clean and stocked. The manager was awesome! The housekeeping was terrific and kept out of the way.

The price was a little high

This location is always great. Friendly staff. Comfortable and well appointed rooms.

My room smelled very strongly of Marijuana (skunky). They did not have another room to move me to. No efforts were made to remove the smell from my room.

The hotel was extremely pretty & sexy. The elevator was clean, as well as the floor my room was on (2nd floor). The location was beautiful.

The AC didn’t blow cold/cool air consistently at night. The room became mildly stuffy at night.
