The room was basically a small apartment with a full kitchen. Very nice but we didn't need it this time. The room was clean and decently appointed.

There is an ajoing door between the room we stayed in and the one next to it. The wall is very thin and we could hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING our neighbors were doing that night as well as all the talking on the phone they did in the morning. Also, there was no real climate control instead halls which made it uncomfortable but it's not a huge issue as we weren't in the halls all that much. Also, one of the bedside lamps was broken. Wouldn't turn on. Ultimately none of this was a deal breaker for us and we'd stay there again.

The location was right off the highway but you didn't hear it. Room was big, comfortable and clean and fresh. Breakfast was good and selection very nice. Coffee could have been a bit better, and my daughter was hoping for hot chocolate.

We got in from the road rather late and we wee trying to be quiet, only to find that n our floor there were a group of girls (I saw about a dozen) that were roaming the halls and making noise. Tried to get to sleep right away but girls were up til 3:30. Found out in morning that someone else complained, as we had to be up early for an appointment.

We found the hotel very easy to stay after taking an Uber from Ann Arbor late at night and then having to leave the next morning for the airport. We had been visiting the state and left our friends in Ann Arbor where the hotels were outrageously expensive. It was easy to use the free airport shuttle to Detroit airport the next morning.

We didn't have a chance to do much but sleep so we didn't really have experiences to talk about that we didn't like.

Location was convenient to where I was visiting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. Price was comparable to other hotels in this area.

Parking was a little far from the entrance, but I did have an unobstructed view of my vehicle from my room. There were several cars parked in what appeared to be an unpaved area because there wasn't adequate parking close to entrances.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Fari was especially helpful with questions I had about the shuttle, pool, breakfast, etc. Our room was clean and comfortable. I will be staying here next time I’m flying in/out of DTW.

There seemed to be a lot of people lingering in the parking lot and smoking by the exit.

Location seemed ok. However, the breakfast did not have a variety. So we never ate at breakfast there. The shower was wasnt mounted very well.

Our main concern Was safety. The side doors going into the hotel were not locked. The latch for our room had been broken.

The property owner was very kind and fixed our room mix up very gracefully. All of the clerks were very helpful and kind.

The booking agent advised the people at the front desk to give us a queen room with a handicap accessible bathroom when I paid for a king room. The property handled the situation very well.

I like the fact that the evening night guy was very accommodating he brought things up to my room brought me up some apples cuz I'm starving he's very very much a gentleman and did more than he should have he deserves you know recognition for that I'm really staying here tomorrow because of the quality of your rooms and the quality of your staff

What I didn't like was the fact that the housekeeping wasn't up to par I didn't get no fresh towels cuz it wasn't done and I'm the girl that is applying for two days a week the breakfast from 3:00 to 11:00 I wanted to use laundry tonight because they're not there to do it that's just who I am I am going to get the job because I'm confident and I'm going to make your business work even better and smoother and you're going to love me cuz I'm a team player and I'm a hard worker and I'll be working one of my favorite hotel

Very accommodating for our needs as a family. Helpful with wifi needs and refreshing the room keys on multiple occasions for our kids. Thanks!

While it was advertised as non-smoking, there were definitely smokers in the building. Fire alarms went off around 11pm our first night and a strong smell of weed thru the weekend. This is t the hotel’s fault though, just inconsiderate other guests.

Location for our needs

Breakfast was awful! The milk was sour! And only offered cereal, waffles and old apples! After going to the front desk the gentleman got me some yogurt and muffins from a room beside the dining area but only after I stated that breakfast was not over untill nine and he should NOT have run out of all pastries or bagels. He got only for myself and my friend the yogurt and roll! Not even any bread or a toaster! But staff was very polite when I complained took care of my business!
