Rooms were large and had plenty of space to spread out. Bathroom was huge! Everything was clean. The housekeeping staff were incredibly nice.

Front desk employee was kinda rude and seemed like she was annoyed any time someone needed something. Lack of towels in the bathroom (only had 3 for a four person room) Lack of towels in the pool area. Didn't seem that they were prepared, knowing there were many guests in town for a baseball tournament.

The breakfast was hot and had lots of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. They are a pet friendly hotel and they were very accommodating. The location was very convenient and near many restaurants and the freeway. The pool area was very nice, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

It would be better if the check out was at noon. Everything else was wonderful!

Clean rooms. Great pool facility with hot tub. Pool is large so even if a lot of people were there it wouldn’t feel too crowded. I liked that they had a thinner pillow options. Usually hotels only have one pillow size and it’s absolutely massive, which is no good for me. They have us a 30 minute late checkout which really helped make our stay more enjoyable with some extra pool time for the kids.

Breakfast was fine. It was standard fare for hotel breakfast. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location was good.

Since I have not traveled much lately, I was a little surprised that we had no housekeeping service while we were there. We ran out of coffee pods, but since coffee was served in the breakfast area, that was not an off-putting problem.

the wall and floor must be very thin because I heard very clearly the sound from the upper floor and neighboring rooms. I could hear the loud noise when I walked in my room.

Front desk staff on night of check in was amazing. She was kind and friendly, very knowledgeable and timely. We got to our room and realized we needed bedding and pillows for the pull out bed, and they quickly sent some up. We were concerned about the construction but noticed no noise, smell, or mess. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

There were a lot of unsupervised kids in the pool area. They were using lifesaver floats as toys. Our first night another guest broke a glass bottle near the hot tub (we did not witness, it happened right before we came in). The hotel staff did not shut down the area to clean or make sure glass was not in hot tub.

The breakfast was very good. Clean facilities and a very courteous staff. Not too far from airport. Plenty of parking space.

Not the hotels fault, but people staying at the hotel let their kids scream and yell outside in the parking lot while we were trying to sleep late at night. People yelling when walking hallways late at night.

Comfy beds easy check in

Lots of kids, oh my. You can hear them running in hallways. Our room was right above the pool and the glowing lights at night put a glow in our room. Would've been cool if you had adult hours at night with those cool colored lights already installed.

The breakfast was very good all 3 days we stayed..plenty to choose from, hot and cold choices The room was clean, which is very important to me…

Additional blankets would have been nice… We stayed on the 2nd floor, we could hear people walking above us…

The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and got our day going! New updates to the hotel were underway and the new colors are pleasing. The staff onsite are amazing and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The new toilets are extremely low to the floor and not easy to stand up from. Parking became a problem due to the shortage of spots open during the construction and the amount of guests on a particular busy weekend, the hotel shares a lot with two other hotels.
