The staff was very nice. From the beginning, we kind of had an issue with our room that was taken care of quickly. It was in a convenient location that was easily 10-15 minutes from everywhere we needed to. A/c was cold all night and it was over all a great stay.

Two things and one not being that serious it’s just me. I believe the elevator was working at a high capacity and over time it just started to work really weird. The other thing is that the property had no clean wash rags the entire weekend. I corky understand that being that the hotel has 7 floors in the first place

I called to confirm. And the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. And when I arrived the lady at the desk was super nice. Friendly and accommodating. The next morning the lady who checked me out was very nice and funny.

The coffee was very weak. But if that's the only issue it was a totally pleasant experience!

We were stuck at airport overnight, found this hotel with shuttle service. Shuttle was quick, room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and great water pressure.

There were 2 ladies working the front desk and neither one was very friendly, wish they had a little something for breakfast.

Bathroom was very clean & water pressure was excellent.

No drop box for the room key or anybody at the desk to hand it to. We left very early for a flight. Also found the Radisson hotel hard to locate, more signage would be great.

Courteous and helpful staff and excellent facility. Shuttle service was also excellent.

Only one complaint. Toilet in room 620 is way too low for most seniors. Made it difficult to sit and get up. Seat was uncomfortable

No toiletries available. Since I was staying here as a result if a cancelled flight I would really have liked to be able to buy a toothbrush at least.

For me in this trip the best feature was location. I had an early flight and this stay afforded me easy access to the airport

Our flight was two hours late, but the shuttle still picked us up even well after midnight.

The pool was out of order, and instead of the breakfast we expected, we got excuses.

The room was unbelievably clean and well maintained. Front counter staff very accommodating.
