I no I was on the bottom of good rooms available due midnight arrival from my flight. I've had this room once before. Last room on the ground, which I was told years ago, it's kinda the dump for parts, etc. Emergency issues. The curtains are still hanging ripped on the right panel and torn from the wand. It was # 126. All I ask is for future late arrivals to please take care of the curtain area. Overall, customer service was great. I spent 2 nights, like the location, since I grew up in the same area. Due to holiday flights delays, etc I understand why I had said room. I won't give up on La Quinta, you're my travel hotel.

Our flight was cancelled. We had no baggage with the exception of our carry-on luggage. We were very grateful for the proximity of very above average dining establishments so close to the Hotel. The check-in was extremely expeditious, the room was very, very nice as well as comfortable. The workout facilities were above adequate/ Most of all though, the staff were some of the most accommodating and friendly we encountered, and we were so grateful for the laundry facilities.

The only drawback was the shower was designed without a door and it leaked, and there was some equipment in the workout room that was in disrepair.

We only stayed there for a night as we have super early morning flight but the staff ( Ms Cristina) was very kind, efficient and helpful. The property was clean and nice. We did had a small issue with the bathroom but it was quickly resolved. Over all, we would come back to this place if we do have to travel Via Detroit airport.

Not much, it was quite place and we have nothing complain.

good stay if you are flying out early from DTW. very close to the airport and has a shuttle every 30 minutes. comfortable bed and quiet room, was able to sleep well. spacious as well.

i hate to spend a lot of money on a hotel near the airport, but this was the best deal i could find that had decent reviews. so the supply/demand dictated the high price.

Typical breakfast. Orange & Apple juice. Toast, waffles, sausage, eggs, bacon. cereal. milk. coffee, yogurt. Its free and unlimited. Cant go wrong.

This hotel is very very close to the airport. So close in fact, our room faced the airport and we could see planes coming in for a landing until around 8-9p when traffic died down and the airport closed for the night. Soundproofing could have been better, but for how loud airplanes are when your that close, it wasnt too bad and after awhile it sort of became background noise and soothing.

The room met our needs. I shared a room with my sister. We came from Canada to Detroit to catch a flight to New York. We missed your shuttle to the airport. The front desk called the fellow back to the hotel for us. He came back and was gracious, stored our bags in the vehicle and was a cheerful, happy fellow. He already had one passenger and we all chatted, including the driver, to the airport. It was a great ride with friendly banter. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only flaw was that my sister left her silk pillow case in the room. She called your hotel twice. However, was told the pillow case had not been found. Most disappointing at the pillow case had cost my sister $70,00 when she purchased it.

Found the breakfast area a little cold. Perhaps due to the front door opening and closing with people coming and going. However, breakfast was great. Which the room had been more sealed off from the front lobby.

I had a very nice greeting by the staff, and she answered all of my questions. The wifi was good. Good shuttle service to the airport. Decent breakfast.

The shower wasn't bad, but difficult to turn the water to hot without first being showered in cold water. The sheets and bedding were also ok, but not the most comfortable I've had.

The front desk staff was so delightful and helpful. We had just arrived from a very stressful international flying experience and the front desk was so kind listening to our tired selves vent. Also, the chicken and pizza place that delivers to the hotel was handy as my eSim wasn’t working and getting an Uber was not working out for me.

Property is a bit dated but it was clean and comfy, with a tiny fridge and a microwave.

I stayed there with my son for one night. We had an early morning flight. I booked a room with 2 beds. We got a suite with two bathrooms, a refrigerator and little kitchen area and living room. I think room was upgraded because it was available , no extra charge. Beds were big and comfortable. Shuttle was on time and driver was helpful. There was coffee, fruit and muffins even at 5am. It was quiet. Heat could be adjusted.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast, love the lobby space, near to restaurants, I 94, and the airport.

Not as clean as I would expect. No attention to details in the cleaning. The carpets need cleaning, behind the beds are very dusty and dirty, the baseboards are not clean, this location could use a good deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and fresh paint.
