The staff was amazing! I would come back just to get a Fajita Chicken Omelet from Gary if I could. Another team member taught me how to say "He is Risen" in Greek! I absolutely loved the dynamic personalities, cleanliness, and the celebrity sightings within the hotel. A great time was had!

The (2) things that I weren't in favor of were things that were out of anyone's control, and that is the room layout and the bed. My teen sons slept on the rollaway sofa, while my husband and I slept in the bedroom connected to the bathroom. It was a persistent disturbance for the boys to have to enter the bedroom in the middle of the night; especially when the sleigh bed was very uncomfortable.

This is one of the most attractive Embassy Suites I have seen. Modern, classy, well maintained. The little touches, like installed reading lights on the headboards and nightlight in the bedroom/bathroom are much appreciated! The staff was super friendly and helpful, courteous and professional. Of course, Embassy Suites has one of the best REAL and FRESH breakfasts out there. The freshly cut fruit salad instead of a bowl of bruised or unripe fruit so often found on “free” breakfast buffets. So easy to get to and from the airport and The Henry Ford Museum. Free shuttle was prompt and available. GREAT value.

The ONLY negative was upon returning to our room at around 3 o’clock a few doors down from our room, we saw a housekeeper sitting on a couch in a guest room on her phone. Our room had not been serviced. We waiting a bit and I looked in the hallway to see where she was and she was not there. The room was never serviced. I went to the front desk to get some coffee for the next morning. At that point, I didn’t care if the beds got made, but that was not good on the housekeeper’s part.

The hotel was wonderful was only there one night came to the Michigan area for a concert the front desk staff was very nice and knowledgeable of the area the hotel room was very nice and clean the happy hour was great great service and snacks. The hot breakfast was nice too a variety of items and even a omlette station cooked to order I will return in the future its very close to the airport and has a free hotel 24 shuttle

Location was convenient. Entry way was very inviting. Staff greeted us well. Loved having a separate living area in addition to the bedroom

Shower was small. Noise from overhead flight traffic was loud but subsided over night. Started up again the morning. We knew were staying near the airport so that’s not a fault, just be ware

Breakfast was outstanding — great chef! The gals at the check-in desk were fabulous! Very nice suite, nice dining area and pool area! Our stay was lovely! The only negative was a couple moms smoking weed in the outer pool area. So much for enjoying fresh air…🙁 It would be lovely for the pool area — inside and out — to be totally smoke-free — no cigarettes, no vaping, no weed. Thx so much! 😎

Beautiful decor and artwork. Free happy hour drinks and snacks. Extremely friendly staff (and guests!) Nice, large room. Very clean. Comfortable beds. airconditioning worked well. Beautiful, extremely clean pool/jacuzzi/gym. Great location. Quiet. Nice lobby. Free parking. Good dining options. excellent hotel restaurant. Excellent breakfast with REAL plates and silverware separate this hotel from the pack (environmentally more friendly)

Some furniture in lobby needs updating (upholstery). Pool area patio needs updating soon (cracks). Recommended: go all in with environmentally friendly and cut out all paper/plastic cups/don’t overuse knapkins

There was an omelette station for breakfast which was really nice with great execution. The breakfast spread was much nicer than the typical continental breakfast at lesser hotels. Room was very nice with the extra space and private bedroom that we have come to enjoy with Embassy Suites. Staff was very helpful, even helping me tape up a box to prepare for airport check-in.

What I liked most was the excellent customer service we received on arrival. We were early, and 2 of the ladies had arrived before me. The lady at the desk had taken care of them. And once I got there, we were able to go straight to our room. Thanks to the customer service lady Toya. She was kind and informative. The breakfast was great. I liked the location, too.

The staff were very friendly and professional. We went in our room initially and there was a leak over the sink. The immediately moved us and sent someone up with our new room keys. I thought that was special. We had a nice walk to our room initially and this was moving us further down. We were tired and were pleasantly surprised with 4 people coming to our room to check out our concern and then have the keys in hand. The breakfast was very good. The cooks were very organized and professional under pressure.

There was a smell of gasoline in the hallway due to some work being done there.

The room was very comfortable with an adjoining living area and small kitchen. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice.

The dining area was generally quite rough and ready. The stairs were very dirty. Furniture in the dining area was old and very worn
