The staff was friendly and ver accommodating as we arrived early and they were able to check us right in. The shuttle service is a real plus to the airport, and you can not beat the price to stay here.

I wish there were more than 2 towels in the room. The room says no smoking but there is a thick smoke smell that is lingering or embedded in the carpet.

I love your layout of your facility. I felt like I was in our own little community. The restaurant was clean and food was delicious and reasonably priced. The waitress was very pleasant and good at her job. We left early for our flight therefore we didn’t experience the breakfast. We did visualize it when we returned and used the facility for the restrooms. From what I seen it didn’t appear to be very much..bagels muffins Coffee and juices. The room was comfortable and cozy. The gentleman with the shuttle service that you provide is very friendly and was prompt to get us to the airport.

Upgrade your continental breakfast a bit.

Room was well above my expectations. Quiet and all one level, I felt safe with the location and way the property was laid out. Will definitely stay again if I need to fly out of DTW.

The ladies at the front desk could use some extra training on customer service and how to speak to customers, not everyone is familiar with hotel policies and should not be treated as if they do. Every guest should be treated as if it was their first time every time!!

Close to the airport and place of business

Rooms far from reception. If you get stuck at the access gates to the blocks of your card malfunctions , you have to walk back to reception to get ur cards activated . Not very nice aboutf you have shopping bags or luggage

Shuttle to airport is often available / staff is very friendly and helpful / I was on a stand-by flight and staff offered me to get back to the room in case of offload / on-site technician for any things to fix.. / all those things make it a Human accommodation.

bathroom could be enhanced but I've heard of renovation

The bed was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. However, the carpet could use some serious cleaning. The bathroom was a little small, but was adequate for what I needed. Good choices of eating nearby.

Breakfast could have been significantly better. There are fruits available that are COVID protocol friendly. You can have apples, oranges, and bananas individually wraped.

The facility looks like you are in your neighborhood, not in a standard hotel, very clean, and the airport is just cross the street.

Comfortable bed, nice TV, room was large. AC worked well. Couch was clean and comfy.

Bath towels were a little small and not very soft.

Left too early for breakfast. Asked if they provided a to go bag. Answer, No LOVE THE LOCATION AND SHUTTLE

I like the way the rooms are set up and decorated. The staff is friendly and accommodating .

My room was a bit dirty, I had to clean it as soon as I got there. Alot of things and spaces were very dirty and it was obvious that those areas have been neglected for quite some time
