Rooms were too small and the restaurant was obnoxiously priced for really terrible food. This entire hotel is over priced and you gouge people that use it for its location. In the end it wasn’t worth it and we won’t stay again.

Place was very clean. Staff I encountered in the restaurant were outstanding. Staff checking-in were good, Staff checking-out were non-existent and I and many other guests were confused by how to get out and get to the terminal shuttle (it was 4am in the morning and I was desperate to get to my early departure gate. I understand the staffing cost reasons but not the lack of appropriate signage!!

In addition to above issue, I was very disappointed by noise entering my bedroom, waking me up, keeping me up for several hours when I went to bed early for an early flight. I believe the party was on the lobby level and my room was on the 3rd floor, it sounded like it was next door.

This hotel is connected to the Detroit airport. Excellent location when your flight gets delayed or cancelled. Plus it is a Marriott property, so you can expect nice accommodations and treatment. We checked in at 2 am and were met with an efficient, pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for overnight layover. The room was clean and people at the front desk were all so nice, helping us out with the Destination Pass and other stuff to navigate the airport. The room overlooked airplanes but was surprisingly quiet.

Our room was one of the connecting rooms. We had no problem, but the wall was thin and we were worried about waking up the next door guest. If you are a light sleeper, you may need to make a request to avoid such a room or bring ear plugs.

I have used the Westin at the airport several times, either during long scheduled layovers or when a connecting flight was cancelled. It’s a lifesaver! You arrive tired or irritated, and the there is a nice room and excellent room service. You depart for your gate through an easy and fast TSA checkpoint at the hotel. It’s the best.

The principal advantage is the location inside DTW airport, although a bit of a walk from the gates. However, the quality of the rooms and amenities met my expectations. If possible, book early because rooms go fast.

The price was a little high, but one is paying for the convenience of being at the airport, not miles away from it like other "airport hotels" in the area. I would certainly stay there again, notwithstanding the price.

Everything...lovely room, great shower, nice products in pumps in the shower, great restaurant with half portions options, creative delicious cocktails.

No signs in the airport to say where the hotel is. We wandered 45 minutes before encountering a kind worker who literally walked us to it!

Excellent hotel for a quick turnaround in Detroit. Very friendly staff and room was very comfortable. Loved the food as well.

Great location, close to the airport. Dining services were available and the food was very good. The staff were quite friendly and supportive.

The bathroom in my room needed further cleaning. There was hair left in the bathtub and a washcloth left from a previous booking. A little off-putting. The booking was quite pricey.

We did not eat breakfast but we did eat dinner at the restaurant. It was excellent!

We were not told at check-in that there was a special entrance to the airport with Westin's own TSA check. We went through the normal check in. We were disappointed - that would have been a nice perk.
