Nice rooms comfortable beds beautiful view great staff

Stayed for a wedding! Breakfast delivered to the room was such an amazing perk! But the breakfast from restaurant was very small and plenty over priced for what is served. I don't mind paying the money in such a nice place, I just expect nice things in return. Otherwise, great experience. Would absolutely stay again without hesitation. I will skip breakfast however.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We dined at one of the on-site restaurants and had exceptional food and service. The property was beautiful with old-world elegance and charm. The only negative to note was that our rooms were equipped with very nice large showers, but no bathtub for bathing our young child.

Wide open and beautiful. The rooms were nice and th restaurant and room service was good.

That when needed the front desk to answer it was very difficult for them to answer their phone!! Only a few times I could get them to answer their phones. I had to call golf club to get someone for Me.

Fabulous staff, very attentive to our needs. Went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. I recommend the hotel to everyone. We had previously been to a wedding and a remembrance service and both were great, thought we would try the stay this time and WoW what a super place. 5 stars!

Didn't stay longer :)

It was my first time here, and everything was lovely! I sincerely cannot express how pleased I was with the staff, service, dining, facilities, amenities, and accomodations. I dined on the garden patio, strolled the property, and took in a swim and soak in the pool and hot tub before I left. The view from the room was spectacular. St John's Resort is now my favorite place to stay when I visit Michigan. Beautiful place!!!

The only thing I regret was not being able to stay longer.

The place is very elegant and clean, the staff treated us well and made me feel right at home

The room I stayed in was slightly overpriced, very slightly. I will be back again without a doubt, I will just pay for a more premium room next time.

Hotel room spacious with everything in good conditions. Architecture of this place, the business center everything fine. You can play golf or use swimming pool. Quite place good to relax

For this kind of standard I expected the breakfast shall be included in the room price.

The property and decorations were gorgeous. The steakhouse meal was fabulous and staff were exceptional. Pool area was clean and pool was warm. Towels were always stocked.

Room was perfect although I will say that the pull-out couch was the worst my kids have ever slept on.

We loved everything

Only thing that could be different is the pool size it is soo small for how big the hotel is. We decided not to go swimming due to that but other then that we loved it

it is an excellent island of beauty and comfort in a surrounding area.

I do the like pillows , they stones for me. I wish they has feather option
