Breakfast was excellent and the omelet bar was a nice touch. The room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is dated and could use a face lift. There were unsupervised minors in the fitness center, creating an unsafe environment and very loud. There were unsupervised children playin football and screaming in the common areas.

My family and friends were there for my grandsons birthday and our 18th wedding anniversary. This was myself and my husbands first visit to the hotel. We look forward to the next one. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional. The hotel is beautiful. I enjoyed the different events taking place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even during a huge winter storm right at Christmas. The cooked to order breakfast was yummy. Room was spacious and comfy. Nice pool, nice excersizing room.

The outlets were kinda loose, hard to keep our chargers plugged in. It was so cold there was ice on the inside of the sliding door, we did have lower than average temps though, but the heat worked good. I wish they had coffee available all day in the lobby but they close it with breakfast. Just minor things, so not bad really.

I didnt the remodeling that was going on in the middle of the floor. I also think that they should have adult hours for the swimming pool like from 10:00 pm to midnight. There were far too many children in that pool all day. I went to the desk to complain but they did nothing about it.

I loved that we got drink vouchers for the happy hour! Such a nice touch. The pool and spa were amazing but specifically loved that there were adult only hours since a lot of kids were in the pool during the day

Liked pool area. However, supervision was not provided for most of the kids in the pool. Teens were jumping all over my 9, 5 year old grandkids. Two grown woman making out in the pool. We had to go back to the room for a bit due to exposure to this type of behavior in front of kids.

The rooms were very clean . The beds were comfortable and clean. The king suite had a comfy couch . Plenty of space and in good repair.

The room was a bit musty when we first arrived . There were only 2 towels . The led light bulbs are too bright and didn’t give ambiance to the rooms .

Overall decor quite tired. Some equipment in the gym was broken and didn't use the pool as it was too busy

I literally liked everything about the hotel. The staff was amazing & very helpful. I traveled with a small child & her needs were met as well. Definitely will be staying here again.
