The staff was really friendly and helpful. Omari helped me several times and was really efficient and considerate, but everyone was helpful and I had very good experiences with everyone. The location close to the freeway is a plus. The bed was really comfortable. I'll likely come back if I'm in the area again. No real problems with anything at the hotel, and it was exactly what I needed.

There are charges for certain services and equipment for the room. For example, you can rent some tableware and cookware (separate packages) if you want. There's a small charge for being able to get fresh towels/linens daily. This could be one reason why the place is a fairly good deal, though, so fair enough. But it would be cool if you could have some cookware and tableware without paying extra. I ended up buying a few things at the nearby Meijer to use during my stay and it was less expensive than getting it from them (though I didn't buy much). I did end up getting the towel/linen service and that was fine.

Absolutely AMAZING place!! Rooms are the cleanse around! The staff is so nice and very respectful! I swear on everything I love I will not stay anywhere else but wood

I loved the cleanliness pf the room , make sure you bring body wash ,pots n pans and dish liquid. The hall way need the carpet cleaned.lots of stains . felt like you were in jail with the locked doors but security is best.

Parking is a little tight for a full size pickup. Could use another luggage cart in lobby. Would like another straight chair in room or at least the availability of one.

We are displaced for a moment so having laundry facilities is definitely a plus. and the machines are not expensive. if you download the laundry app, they’ll give you $5 towards your laundry!

i don’t like that the wifi isn’t unlimited. With employees and kids doing work and school remotely because of the pandemic, I can’t have connectivity issues. they give you 3 devices per room. and the catch to that is how many megabytes you’re using. We have two devices connected and the system keeps telling us we’ve reached our limit. A hotel should have unlimited wifi. The ad says they do, I even called to make sure, but they don’t.

During the rare occasion when they were there, the people at the service desk were not friendly. They were grumpy. One of you need to teach them how to do service with a smile.

you can’t beat the value of this hotel!!! especially when you look at the other choices in the area. very modern, very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful if needed.

as far as the property goes I have no complaints. I am extremely grateful for this hotel. would most definitely come back!

Spacious for a solo person. Wide bathroom and has lots of shelves for your stuff.

Any extra linen, services like housekeeping or extra shampoo/soap will need to be paid for. some people cook stuff that makes the corridor smelly. my key card disconnected on me twice at night during my stay

The room was very well kept, and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Room smelled good
