hotel seemed to be recently renovated or new build. Everything was just what one would expect. I asked for abjointing rooms, but due to a massive weekend, they could not accommodate me. But they did let me know ahead of time. The pool was clean clear warm, and hot tub was great at 102 d. The jets did not work, but again we were told before check in. The Uno restaurant was part of the hotel. had good food, was open for breakfast buffet and also alla carte. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for the price.

We were not supplied with washclothes and our in room phone did not work. I had to call the hotels direct line to reach staff and when asked if I could be provided with wash clothes I was told I had to walk to the front desk to get them and that they had no one to bring them to me. Not happy about that as my husband was in the shower and I was already in my pjs.

The staff that assisted me was AWESOME. I needed to change my reservation at the last minute, and it was done quickly and graciously with no pressure or questions. I loved my room #:422, and hope to always request when I visit The Delta Marriott, Farmington Hills, MI facility/location. Love the lobby area, so bright, clean and inviting.

All was good. There was an elevator issue, but was addressed timely.

The hotel was clean, and everyone was professional, kind, and the facility is dog friendly..

The pool and the hot tub were out of order. When you're trying to get away, you want everything working, and it wasn't. I feel the website should state the pool out of order or should have offered some kind of discount once I asked about the pool.

The building and grounds were clean. It was very quiet considering it's location.

There is piped in scent in the lobby. I have an acute allergy to some perfumes and the one being used gave me a migraine. I had to rush through the lobby every time I came in or out. Also, the bed was way to soft.

45 min to get a pizza made at the bar, that I don't think was made the first time I asked. There were people that ordered while I was there and were getting their pizza's. I asked three times and they just seemed to be too overwhelmed and would forget about me. Sat at the bar, patiently waiting. It finally was "found". Good pizza, disappointing service.

I love this hotel! We stayed over the holiday weekend and there was no maintenance which is to be expected. There was an issue with the amenities but the hotel management accommodated us and kept in constant contact. Most hotels that I have stayed at are not as eager to make sure their guests are happy but Kristin especially went above and beyond to rectify and accommodate us. Thanks!

It’s great that you have a gym that’s open 24 hours. Michelle was exceptional. She was very kind, patient and helpful! In fact the entire staff was great! We really enjoyed our stay and your staff helped to make it memorable. Thank You So Much!

No cleaning service.

It's always a pleasant stay. Everyone is always kind, friendly as well as very helpful. I love to get away for peace. I will be back again soon.!
