The property was beautiful it was clean the staff was amazing my sister had her bridal shower and one of the event rooms it went off without a hitch the staff was very accommodating very nice they went above and beyond we also rented a room and it was everything we could have hoped for. Bed, shower

There wasn’t a tv remote. I looked behind the bed and cabinets and found a lot of other “stuff”. Had to go to desk to get remote because it was late and there was only one person on duty(understandably) This isn’t a deal breaker, just wanted to let you know. Also there was a 120v receptacle right outside of my room in the hallway(601) that showed evidence of high amperage draw (smoke/burn marks) on it.

everything was fine, clean, and comfortable.

i left a library book at this location on the bed and i had to call the front desk everyday since i checked out for the missing book then finally i got a call back & i was told they didn’t see it but im pretty sure they threw it away on the day i checked out. also i was told i had to pay an extra 100 dollars for my room which inconvenienced me and made me cut my planned time from sept 27 - 28. this really disappointed me with it being my birthday and the book i had being a library book that has to be returned. although the book is my responsibility, it still was wrong to throw the book away without any care or consent for the guest.

Convenient location. Clean and welcoming lobby. Beds were comfy, hot shower water, and ample free parking.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, but it’s free/ included with the price of your stay. If you don’t have food restrictions, you’ll be okay. Breakfast consisted of Eggs, Pork sausage, your choice of bread or muffin, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and an orange or apple. Also, the hot tub was not working probably.

It was a really nice hotel. We were on the third floor and it very comfortable. The bed was comfy. Our room was quiet and hidden.

I actually don’t have any complaints. We were there for a Ferris state vs Wayne State game. I could stay there again.

Comfortable bed, clean, big room looked to be remodeled recently.

Breakfast was late, and according to another guest, it happened all the time. French Toast was cold, and the toaster didn't work.

The pool and hot tub were not hot at all, house keeping came once, not many uber in area, only Lyft and they are pricey

The breakfast was terrible! One day there was not hot food and the other day it was ICE COLD!!

If you are gonna serve breakfast, it needs to be hot!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel decor was modern, rooms clean & breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast. Location was great too.

Very pleasant staff. Our dog had to come with us for surgery, so very convenient to Blue Pearl in Southfield and very to shopping mall.

Everything was perfect!
