The room is clean and SPA is good. I like the removable table let me can work and watch TV in the same time.

Everything is good, but there are some problem in wifi connecting. I had lived in other Marriott hotels in LA before check in. It might be log in other Marriott account or password??

I really liked the cleanliness of this hotel. From the outside to the inside. This is the most important part for me. When I walked into the room you could smell the cleanliness. I didn’t use the indoor pool but I did look at it and it was very clean.

I didn’t like the $40 hold they put on my credit card. I understand what it is for but they have my card # they don’t need to put a hold on it. They said it would credit when I checked out and that hasn’t not happened yet.

The woman working at the front desk was engaging and very pleasant to talk to. The food from the bar exceeded my expectations.

The gym temperature was 82 degrees, and the thermostat seemed to not be working even after adjusting.

Comfortable room. Fairly quiet and very convenient location. The desk chair was super comfortable! There was good lighting, and the beds were comfy, but squeaky.

The rooms were not cleaned carefully. There was trash (gum wrappers) under the easy chair hassock, and the trash bin had bottles and trash in it. The night light did not work (nor was it replaced, as we requested). The deadbolt did not work, and was not repaired, as we requested. In the second room, the shower was not clean.

The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub.

I liked that the hotel was clean and not too crowded with people.

Location and cleanliness are great at this location. Close by to restaurants and malls.

No breakfast available. It would be a perfect place to stay if breakfast was available.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the enthusiasm they showed, the willingness to help,also the room was very clean and inviting. Location was very important and the Hotel was in a very convenient location for us

The room decor was very nice! The bathroom is very modern!

Different guests kept trying to access the room. The front desk were not aware my family and I occupied the room until they called looking for another guest.

Nice rooms, and public spaces. Having a pool and hot tub, and the ability to eat all meals there, was a plus.
