Breakfast was pretty poor quality. Looking for ‘real’ food, meaning not processed, I tried the oranges, which had no juice and were not tasty. All other foods were gross. Cereal was as you’d find it if you bought it at the store, but again, I’d like better quality food choices. Soap bottles are very hard to squeeze hard enough to get soap out, then a huge glob comes out, wasting a lot of soap. However, room is always very clean and comfortable, staff is very friendly, and location is very convenient, so I always come back when I’m in Michigan.

Clean and affordable.

The only thing that I would say is all the staff was friendly, with the exception of the gentleman named Sterling he worked the I believe 11 o’clock shift, when I called to complain about the noise above us, he went off on me and when I said to him, so you mean, we have to suck it up he actually did not know what that meant and hung up on me!

We really liked the location for where we needed to visit, which makes it a practical choice for business travellers visiting nearby offices. This hotel is located near the highways and less than a 2-minute drive from the nearest Starbucks.

Not specific to the hotel, but you have to drive to the nearest restaurants or grocery store. Given that it's near the highways, there are no food options within walking location; so prepare to dine in at the restaurant or drive.

Friendly staff, very clean, solid breakfast.

The AC kept turning off while I slept. There was no option to run it continuously, which is how I like it. I realize this is most likely a power-saving feature but I wish there was an option to turn that feature off.

Location to dance competition. Location to shopping and food. Off the major highway. Both day shift and night shift desk managers were welcoming and helpful. Preston on nights who checked us in was very personable and energetic and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Amenities were night. Great visit.

Perhaps the timing of breakfast. 6-9am could have been a little longer.

The room was clean, and the decor was updated. I felt comfortable in the bed and despite the room being small it felt very spacious. The shower was nice and I had no issues with the water temperature.

The room was not very soundproof which led to me waking up a few times throughout the night due to the sound of very heavy footsteps above me and in the hallway. Additionally, the pipes in the bathroom at times could fairly audible.

Facility was very clean and comfortable (lobby area and rooms). I like that there is a lot to offer in amenities for a small facility.

My personal preference is Belgium waffle maker over pancakes. Breakfast bar could be better with a larger selection of fresh fruit, bagels and cereals.

Tru by Hilton is always a vibe. They have a lovely and colorful lobby that has games and plenty of seating. The rooms are always clean and the showers always have the essentials: soap and shampoo that isn't just in mini little bottles.

I arrived late so was only at the hotel for a few hours since I had to leave early for an event. Nothing is ever bad with the Tru by Hilton hotel brand.

Simple, clean and efficient. A convenient alternative for the Novi area at a reasonable price. Right off the 5 (and easy access to the 275 and 696), but I didn't hear any road noise in my East facing room.

Room description included a refrigerator and microwave, but I only saw a refrigerator. Breakfast was limited (would have been nice to have more than one kind of milk).

How clean and updated the room was. Also the body wash, shampoo and conditioner and lotion things in the room was nice and they smelled good. And the TV setup was so nice and easy to use.

Nothing really everything was nice.
