We have stayed here last year and will be back at the end of April. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and everything we have come to expect. We recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area. We will always try to stay at the Hampton.

Kids unsupervised running up and down the halls late at night. We had very early mornings Saturday and Sunday. But this was not the fault of the staff they tried their very best to to rectify the situation. And we are grateful.

I liked that the beds were comfortable and the pillows were solid. I didn’t find a bunch of cobwebs and dust bunnies all over the place.

I am not a fan of the air conditioning unit you have in there… As it does not keep the room cool especially at night but that’s really my only complaint

Room was large, well-arranged and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent for what and where it was.

I stayed three nights and never saw any evidence of a housekeeper. Bed remained unmade and towels not replaced throughout my stay.

ALWAYS enjoy my stays at this hotel! I frequent this location for in-city get-a-ways! The staff continues to be the BIGGEST asset! As well as the location! (Restaurants, Walmart, Meijer, Movie Theatre and more!) The rooms are clean and the facility is nice! They also had a partnership with a nearby gym to use the facilities! I will definitely be back!

The room was comfortable, after we turned up the heat lol. It has a pool. The view from the fourth floor overlooking the small lake/big pond was fabulous! The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The place was clean but someone dropped a coffee or something in the elevator and either no one had told staff or they were aware but too busy or understaffed. It happens. Not their fault.

No jacuzzi. Pool was cold. Towels were tiny at the pool. Use 2. Anyway the jacuzzi was taken out but it still lists it on the listing. And the signs are still up for it. And considering how cold the pool was, they really need a jacuzzi to warm back up. Road noise is noticeable.

The breakfast was good. Typical hotel fair which is what we expected.

Booking.com messed up the reservation and the staff person at the hotel had to fix it. I had all the documentation from booking.com, but the hotel had none of the documentation. Grateful that the hotel could fix that. Disappointed in booking.com for this error.

breakfast was great..we had a very short stay, but the staff was very accomadating after a 4 hour flight delay and late arrival.

building was very warm

Staff was exceptional. Very friendly. Very nice breakfast. Convenient location for our needs. First time staying at a Hampton Inn. Will definitely stay at one in future travels.

The rooms were comfortable and even though the hotel is next to a high way you cannot hear the traffic!

The hot food left something to be desired.

The breakfast and hotel location was great! The facilities were clean and inviting. The front desk staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful.

The people who cleaned the rooms never checked with us to see if we needed the trash emptied, or if we needed clean towels even when we placed the dirty towels in the hall outside the door, as instructed. We ended up getting fresh towels from the front desk staff each evening.
