Staff was very friendly, bartender was very nice, she helped pick out our food and offered to stay open a little bit longer if we wanted another drink, there for cheer comp, front desk let us have late checkout so kids had chance to swim

Room didnt have microwave, although it said when booking online it did, got wings, fish tacos and a chicken sandwich from bar, wings were good, other 2 not so much, maybe because it was close to closing, but $80 we wish we had back

Love the Hotel. Love the vinyl flooring vs carpet big upgrade in my book just feels cleaner, and more modern. The bed was very comfy. The pillows (x4) too soft, give too firmer and 2 soft. Loved the BIG TV across from the bed you just can not watch it that well from the couch.

#1 the sheets on our King size bed either were too small or were not properly put on the corners kept popping off. #2 We could not get the menu to scan in and come up on our phones my suggestion is have it come up on the TV so I can call my order in. #3 Put better exhaust fans in the bathrooms, after showering the floor outside the bathroom gets VERY slippery from moisture!! I nearly fell.

Staff could have been friendlier, they weren't rude just didn't go out of their way to accommodate us. Takes a while to get to the room at times, only two elevators. The restaurant food was fine but pricey.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was close to a lot of places (shopping, food, gas) . The beds were beyond comfy!!

Elevator was ALWAYS down. 3 of us even got stuck in it for over 30 min. They had to call the fire department. The manager's response to the issue was outrageous. This issue was the only problem with the stay.

I like my greeting when I walked in the door to the smile when I checked out!

Can’t think of anything that pertained to my needs and visit.

It is a very clean well kept establishment. Staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was very clean, no smell which I love and the very was pretty nice. I would definitely return.

The breakfast for the price could receive some upgrade although everything was in warmer once I got to my table everything was cold. The coffee is just nasty and too strong. No flavored cream, most of the pastries we’re dry but all the food choices were wonderful just cold.

I love the location. I the restaurant and bar are ALWAYS the highlight of my stay.

All the kids running up and down the hallway early in the morning. The bathroom was TINY!!!

Liked how there were bottles of water in the room. I haven't seen any other hotels do that for their guests.

No microwave was in the room. So we had to go elsewhere for heated food.

Beautiful Hotel, very clean , nice rooms , comfortable beds . Would recommend.

Bathroom could use a little upgrade in shower areas .
