We loved this hotel! Such incredibly kind, flexible, attentive, friendly people. They really helped us out when I screwed up our reservation. They somehow found us rooms which were very comfortable. The common spaces - lobby and bar - are really nice as is the gym which is well equipped. The diner at the hotel is delicious and really cute. We didn't go to the hotel steakhouse but heard it is amazing. We will be back and will certainly recommend the hotel to others. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

The Duke was very nice and the entire lobby area. The wall art selection was stunning. Zalmas was cool. The overall room and bathroom decore was nice. My son loved the pool.

The king room I stayed in was small. The bathroom was tight as was the space between the bed and the dresser. The curtains were hard to open and close. The towels at the pool had a weird sour smell to them. The bed was uncomfortably firm and the pillows didn’t help.

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable,clean, and quiet.

Skip the breakfast package option. I ordered the breakfast package and you only get a $15 credit per person at the Zellmans restaurant inside the hotel. Just about every meal on the menu started at 15, so you still had to pay. We ordered two warm cinnamon buns, a hot tea, and a cappuccino, that came out to $20. Everything came out cold and the cinnamon buns were hard and the icing was cold. I was better of going to a local restaurant.

Location was perfect and the rooms were very clean and satisfactory. The breakfast at the restaurant was just so so and the service was extremely slow. The non functional EV charger was an issue which caused us to have to find a charger to get back home.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the place we needed to be the next day and because it had an EV charger on site. When we arrived we were told that the EV charger was non functional due to some construction around it. As we were then unable to charge our vehicle over night, we were forced to go out of our way and spend extra time going home the next evening in order to find an EV charger. This was very disappointing to us.

Upon entering, the lobby is absolutely stunning. The area was bright, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff was also accommodating and very kind. Our room, a suite, was very spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the first two rooms we went to weren’t 100% clean; there was a lot of dust on the lamps and nightstand, and then the second room had a strong odor (probably the housekeeper's perfume) and a dirty washcloth on the floor as soon as we walked in. However, the front desk and manager, Sean, rectified the problem and upgraded us to a suite. We checked the room with him, and everything was great; clean, comfortable, and, again, spacious.

I loved the atmosphere. They have places to eat on site, and both are very good. They have a bar. The bartender was amazing. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The parking was terrible and there is no one to help you with luggage. I am older and have mobility issues so I’m fortunate I had someone with me. The bed was also horrible. It was very, very hard.

I stayed for the first time 3 years ago on property and fell in love with this hotel. I will stay as often as feasible when I am working in the area. It is the best hotel in Metro Detroit outside of the city.

There was nothing I disliked. The staff is friendly, check in is easy, and the rooms are clean as can be. I love the place. I will come back as soon as possible.

Fabulous breakfast. Well worth the price.

Room was small, similar to what you expect to find in a hotel in Japan. The odor of the foyer was overwhelming. similar to bad body powder that would linger for days on end.

The ambiance felt very modern yet cozy, loved the restaurant and bar on site. The staff was very friendly especially front desk and maid service. Everyone that we encountered was happy to be there and serviced with a smile.

Pool was out of order, room window was facing a wall, the location of the room was very noisy. Not very walkable location.

How quiet it was. Also how relaxing it was. Loved the salt water pool and hot tub. Staff was accommodating and very lovely.

Some of the electronic key locks had issues. One going to pool on north side mainly and door going outside on north stairwell. Didn't like how there was not a communal microwave to warm food up or pop popcorn. Also I think the tvs should be mounted to wall rather sitting on table. The refrigerator in the room worked although the thermostat was broken.
