Perfect location. Very fine service with prompt car retrieval at the valet. Stocked pantries on every floor with complimentary soda, coffee, tea, chips, cookies…. The best part was the quiet, peaceful room with a bed so comfortable I didn’t want to get up.

The over-the-top gaudy decor and vibe on the main floor. The over-glitzed eclectic furnishings in the room, where so many things were shiny so that light reflected all over the place like in a Vegas show.

It was beautiful with a great room! Staff was fab as well as the cafe below to conduct meetings.

The fitted sheet on the bed did not cover the bottom, which was strange. I had to put a towel so my feet didn't touch the undercover.

Daxton was one of the nicest properties in which I have stayed. The rooms are beautifully appointed. They are comfortable. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. The pantry on the guest floor is a fine touch with snacks and drinks, fruits and fresh cookies.

We are tea drinkers. Every time we ordered tea we had to ask for a spoon. We found that odd.

Great snacks on every floor for FREE. Service employees were everywhere. The value of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel bar was always busy. The decor is terrific.

The hotel restaurant menu was incongruous with the guests. One trip to the restaurant and never went back

we got first a room with a very small cupboard , but they immediately upgraded us to a bigger room !

Being in the arts, I especially appreciated the art installation though the hotel but especially in the lobby area. I like the bar scene with local crowds.

The service in the restaurant was poor, not tasty and expensive for what they offer. Breakfast ought to be included when you Oy so much money to stay there.

Maybe it’s minor to others but as much as I liked the aesthetic of the marble inlay floors, I disliked the cold flooring in the vanity & bathroom area, especially in the am If you were to redo I’d suggest radiant warm heat under the marble

Everything, probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was the first thing you notice. They were all friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about the concierge Henry, he went above and beyond for our family, he is a wonderful man a great asset to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The service is impeccable, they cater to your every need. My family and I will definitely be staying there on our next visit.

Valet service excellent and all services relating to "front door assistance" exceeded expectations. The Daxton is a very busy, high energy boutique hotel yet they manage to make each guest feel welcome. Pantries on each floor are uniquely curated and well stocked.

Two individuals of staff who stood out negatively. One at reception who does not like to help and the staff member who probably thought it was a great idea to knock relentlessly on a guest's door at 3 am
