Room comfy clean and quiet.

Who ever checked us in lacked professional attention. She told us to give her an additional $20 for concessions. I handed her a $20 bill and she was laughing inappropriately and very sarcastic. I hope to never have this type of experience again at a Hilton. We could barely understand her, barely spoke clear English. Please be cautious of who you have attending the reception desk. Also, breakfast looked horrible and the cook would not even smile. Customer service is everything and the Hilton lacked this year.

I worked in the hotel business and part of being a front desk person or a bartender is to be able to have a friendly personality. These people did not have them. They were polite but you could kind of feel that they were just there to do the mechanics of the job.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and I loved having multiple pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The food was delicious and a good value for a hotel restaurant.

The key port for the bathroom/ hall lights wouldnt stay on for more than five minutes which was highly annoying, but a quick trip to the front desk where I was given a blank key card to put in behind mine solved the problem.

Cook and waiter were quick and efficient

Water was said to be in the room but was not. As a Diamond we are offered 2 bottles of water per visit.

Staff was super friendly. Was able to check in late (midnight). Breakfast was good and good value. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Liked shampoo, soap etc in bathroom. Decent bar in lobby.

Convenient location but not much of a view if you care about that.

The best feature and sole reason I chose the hotel was the excellent electric vehicle EV charger stations. And the rest of the hotel was fine too. I will definitely stay there again because of the EV chargers.

The tiny room was a little bit empty but fine.

Very quiet, great location and staff was helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped for our needs. Extremely quiet as well.
