The hotel breakfast was overall a great experience! There were plenty of choices to suit different preferences, and the area was clean and well-organized. I especially appreciated the clearly posted instructions for the waffle machines—super helpful! My only (very minor) complaint was that the oatmeal was a bit watery and lacked flavor, but everything else made up for it. A solid start to the day!

I was disappointed to find that both the shampoo and shower gel bottles were completely empty—something I unfortunately didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. I stepped out, called the front desk hoping someone could bring replacements, but was instead asked to come down and get them myself. This meant I had to fully dry off and get dressed, only to return to the room and jump back into the shower. It was inconvenient and avoidable—stocking those essentials should be a standard part of room prep.

The location and Facilities is good. It's clean and comfortable. We will re-book in the future.

We had booked with this hotel many times. Every time the staff could not find our booking either name or booking reference at beginning when we checked in the hotel. It always had trouble to find our booking. Even with the same staff. The staff or the hotel booking system need improvement.

The hearing impaired rooms are brilliant. Staff was lovely. Good brekkie and nice pool area. It's a comfy place. And there's a Timmy Hortons should you be brave enough to venture across the road. Otherwise, there is not much around to see, do, or eat at.

We understand that this location is short staffed and that we stayed on the busy Labor Day weekend. However, the bathroom looked like it had not been scrubbed out in a while. It wasn't anything major for us so no complaints. But make sure to give the bathroom a peek before settling in.

The staff was extremely friendly. The parking was great, building easy to navigate. Everything was nice and clean.

Two things kept my review from giving it perfect scores, the bed wasn't very comfortable, disappointed with the bed. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was nonfunctioning.

Great location,.comfy bed,.clean room and good breakfast. I appreciated the hot coffee and tea station in the lobby that was maintained throughout the day and evening. I was rushing upon checkin and planned to stop for coffee but I was too busy, so it was a major convenience to see they offered fresh coffee steps away. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and their brew was decent... and free. So no complaints from me. Next time I will use the Jacuzzi. Thanks Fairfield!

I liked: the location, the price, the breakfast, the room, the pillows, the layout.

What could have been better: loud noises from neighbors talking and doors slamming after midnight. First floor leading into the elevator and the elevator soaking wet from the pool.

Clean environment and helpful staff that responded to issues in a very timely manner.

The half and half containers were spoiled. I brought this to attendants attention and e brought out a new box.unfortunately they also curdled in my coffee. ( you have already responded to this issue in my first review) However, I keep getting emails telling me you are waiting for my review!🤔

Very clean, front desk had an area to buy small packs of medicine which I needed which was great at 4 am. If I could change one thing it would be the mattress. Bed was kind of firm and was not comfortable at all. Everything else was great! I did type in an extra request for an extra blanket but it was not in the room. The front desk said we are out of regular king rooms so she looked and said there was one handicapped room available. I guess we would have gotten the suite If not. We were fine with it just weird how it says something is available and when you get there it’s not. I would go there again. Hot tub by pool was adults only from 10pm to 11pm which was great.

Pool, Jacuzzi, Breakfast (so so)

I didnt like the breakfast eggs, sauages, and oatmeal. Bacon strips, pancakes, and fruit would have been nice options to have. Not enough towels in the pool area. The next morning was the same as the night before. The dirty towels remained in the bin and no clean towels were put out, so had to use my room towel.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The entire lobby smelled fresh and clean every time I stepped into it.

Pool should be open for adults much later than 11pm. I was there for a sports event and my body could have used the pool and hot tub time.
