I stayed here in February and had an exceptionally negative experience. I booked this hotel again because of the location and its pet-friendliness. I had a really nice room this time (compared to the one before). Staff were pleasant and cordial (unlike before). The grab-and-go breakfast was in effect (unlike before, when a lazy employee didn't bother to set it up or provide creamer and sweeteners). The coffee was surprisingly good! I really like the full-size refrigerator and kitchenette. Being totally pet-friendly is one on their greatest assets.

Staff were exceedingly pleasant, but they still have a tendency to disappear from the desk and go I don't know where. I had to holler "hello!" several times in an attempt to get a washcloth, and still, nobody came to the desk. Perhaps a little bell or buzzer on the counter to get their attention?

The staff was friendly & check in was quick!!! The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. I came for a concert & just needed a cheap place to sleep after. The cost was low & the location was great!

I didn’t like how the men who were staying there just lingered around outside, that was the only thing making me uncomfortable. Needed to run out to my car a couple times & I didn’t like doing it because I was constantly being hit on.

The staff was very kind and I found myself being pleased with all of my interactions.

This had nothing to do with the staff but whoever was in the room over me had like 2 huge dogs. Just make sure you request not to be put under something like that. With that being said the staff and facilities were great and I had no major issues.

Clean. Comfortable. Great location with easy freeway access. No glitches in my 5-night stay.

The bell cart was broken, so it was kind of a chore to use, but manageable. Recreational marijuana is legal in Michigan, so the parking lot and area outside the entrance smelled like pot pretty much all the time.

We stay here about 6 times a year, and have been doing do for 3 years. The property is under new management who can control their choices to upgrade, fix items, etc. multiple upgrades were noticed as soon as we walked in.

I like the cleanliness of the property, in liked how friendly the staff was as they were all professional and extremely helpful, especially Sparkle. I had the opportunity of meeting Rhonda who was awesome. We will be staying at this property again soon! I enjoyed our stay!

We stay a lot. The room this time was the best we’ve had. New dresser that worked was a big hit. It was just in much better shape than others. Trinity at the front desk was excellent and extremely helpful.

stephanie in housekeeping does a fantastic job, the male housekeeper was very helpful, and Tamika at front desk is always a pleasant face to greet and help. The other staff members should learn to be just as pleasant.

Most of the other staff was a sharp contrast from the friendly housekeeper and front desk agent, Tamika.

I liked how convenient it was located to everything

I didn't like that there were no comfy chairs to sit in. I had to sit on the bed the entire time. The only furniture was the bed, a dresser, and a desk chair.
