Very clean, updated, very comfortable, more than enough towels and wash cloths, bath amenities

Hair is a pet peeve of mine. There was long hair on the shower floor, which is so gross to me especially from someone else. The police were knocking on someone’s door in the middle of the night. I don’t think I heard a commotion butI had driven 17 hrs. I was very upset to be awakened by this. Hotels no longer provide drapery, so the sun awakens you bright and early. Guess that’s the purpose. It didn’t even shut out the lights from the parking lot or surrounding the property. Those were the ONLY things

Clean room, got a two queen bed room with hearing/mobile accessibility bathroom, on the 4th floor with the view to the movie theater. Loved being on the top floor so that was very nice (did not request it just ended up being my floor level). Breakfast on Sunday morning was exceptional with lots of hot options. I loved how cold the mini fridge became when the dial was at the max. Wifi was great but not the best for gaming, but that’s not a huge complaint. Richard the manager had great hospitality and courteous service. The breakfast attendees very attentive to the food and making sure the food is always stocked out for guests! Room was very spacious

Wifi not compatible for gaming (not a huge grievance) The soap options! Used the body wash and it was horrible! Would not recommend for anyone, because it crusted on my skin right after using it and was like a strong glue to the skin! By the end of the day it was gone but this is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber to have soap that does this.

place was clean, well lit at night, front desk was very nice both in the evening and in the morning, breakfast was hot and delicious, room was cozy, warm and clean plus it was quiet thru out the night which was great as well.

the only thing that weirded me out was when we ran the hot water we could hear it flow thru the pipes

Everything was clean and ready for us after a long day. Beds were comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature of the room. I liked being able to adjust the blinds so it was super dark even in the morning. I also thought it was convenient to have a 12pm checkout time so I could sleep in from my travels.

Not a lot of towels but easy to ask for more.

Slept too long and missed breakfast. We were very satisfied with the location, staff and facility.

Nothing in control of the Hotel. Close by neighbors woke us up twice in the middle of the night arguing, slamming their door and pounding on their door. Sounded like a quarrel between spouses.

I like the breakfast was good and the room quiet.

During check in the third shift guy was rude and unprofessional. Smacking gum loud, drinking in guest face, talking on the phone during the transaction. The point is that he was rude. I also, did not like being charged $100 incidentals while I saw others being charge $25. It made me feel targeted and that did not feel good. In a nutshell the check in process was horrible and if it was earlier I would have cancelled my reservation and went across the street to StayBridge Inn and Suites.

Staff was very friendly. Bed & pillows were very comfortable, room was good size. Located to tons of different restaurants to choose from. Walmart is less then 5 mins away if you needed anything. Breakfast was decent. Definitely filled us up for our morning trip to leave to head back home. Would definitely go back in the future. Ice machine on every floor 😁

Beds were very comfy! Bathroom was spotless! Did not have breakfast. Employees very friendly! And helpful! Staying there again in 10 days!

Could have used a pool but we were not there long enough to go anyways so not a big deal.

The suite we stayed in was a little bit small for a family of 6
