The room was big and pretty well equipped. Dated but good enough! Bed was comfy though a bit worn on one side. Good internet. Grounds wee-kept. Front desk very friendly and check-in was easy. Ample parking. Bottom line: fine with a great rate!

Definitely dated. Lots of dings in paint. Dishes and silverware was OK but not much of it. When I arrived it was in the dishwasher but I ran it again just in case. TV noise carried between rooms/floors.

Love, love, love this hotel! There's nothing to complain about!! Location was great, the rooms are amazing...living area has a tv as well as the bedroom. Love the French doors between the bedroom and living area! Loved the kitchenette. The bed was super comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated. The grounds are well manicured and gives it a townhouse vibe. Staff was friendly. This is my favorite getaway spot for a weekend. A great value!!!

Honestly, there isn't anything I didn't like...and I can be picky!!

My second stay and I actually liked it better than my first. I had a very comfortable visit and my friend who traveled with me was surprised and very happy with his room. Again, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Honestly some of the very best I have ever encountered.

My small criticism is that on one night there were some other guests that were quite loud at times, but that's not your fault.

Staff is helpful and gracious. Our stays here have been different each time.

Had issues with bed being too high and stove didn't work. Staff moved us two days in when we extended our stay due to bad weather at home. Room okay but previous clients badly treated the space, although it was clean.

Check in process was easy and I was able to get a room early. Staff are very informative and helpful.

Missing paper towel rolls, defective bathroom door knobs, childrens chalk stains on furniture. Hair dryer was also missing but I was able to attain a new one at the front desk.

The room was like a mini apartment. It had everything I needed at a great rate. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable.

Little problem with the toilet in my room. Had to keep addressing the chain in the container.

My favorite getaway spot! Staff was polite, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Grounds were well kept and the hotel was easy to find.

Location was good - easy to find. The room was comfortable. That staff was helpful, but not sure they reported my concerns to anyone.

The TV in living area did not work and was not repaired although reported. The toilet, while it worked, the tank took close to 1/2 hour to refill, therefore you could not flush again for at least that long. Reported that as well. Nothing was done to repair.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Read ratings before booking and do not understand how others gave it a poor rating. The lobby was spacious and well decorated. The room was HUGE and the bed was comfortable. Stayed in king suite and loved that the living room had a tv as did the bedroom. It was a great value!! It had a homey feeling and the room was very clean. The courtyard had a gazebo and nice lawn chairs and sofas to relax by the pool. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Check in and out was easy and there was not a required deposit. During our 3 day visit, we noticed there was someone responsible for keeping the grounds litter free! It was off the highway and was extremely quiet and the surrounding neighborhood was nice. Would recommend this hotel 200%!

ONLY THING IS HOW THE KIDS BE ON THE 3 FLOOR I THINK THEY SHOULD BE ON GROUND FLOOR BECAUSE U CAN HERE THEM RUNNING AN PLAYING SOUND LILE THEY GONNA COME THROUGH THE CEILING.
