My stay was fantastic. Clean bed, ac worked, hot clean shower along with clean bathroom. For a solo man in town for the weekend to Umpire tournaments this was by far the best hotel experience i have stayed this season. Price was great, room was very spacious. At times got a little noisy but it's a hotel and kids are going to be kids and have fun. 10/10

Location ~ Free Breakfast and the Staff

When I Booked My Room I wanted a Particular Room…I even called the Front Desk and they told me that it was too early ahead of my Trip to Request it. I called a Week Before and they told me since it was a Friday they couldn’t guarantee me the room. So I called a couple of days ahead of time and the Room was Already Booked!!!

It was something for everyone i enjoyed the breakfast every morning i visit very convenient hot ready plenty of options i enjoyed the hot tub it stayed clean my entire stay so thankful front desk was very welcoming and my room was comfy loved how i could log into my apps to watch my favorite shows

Couldn't keep towels stocked in pool area but i guess its understandable they were busy

The breakfast was great, the staff was great as well

I like the breakfast, pool and the staff, they where very professional and nice at all times, and like that they had security at the location as well, me and my family appreciate best western services, I give you guys a 10

The pool and the hot tub was nice. I booked a spa tub room that was great the jets work really good

The bed could have been more comfortable. I been to this location several times but the first time in the room with a uncomfortable bed. Still got good sleep . One of my favorite hotels in Warren Michigan

Very clean an really nice staff that help out with any issues you may have. Pool area a spa is a plus for the hotel. Office area is an additional plus.

The property has a problem with the card key that opens a rear entrance. Doesn’t operate with key card consistently.

Access to pool and rooms was comfortable

Said couldn't have guest in the room or access to the pool but there were atleast 15 out of thirty kids who didn't have wrist bands which means they were probably guest

I loved the room! Did not have to worry about going down to the pool to relax in the hot rib because the jacuzzi was in room!

Loud guest around me. Can’t blame the property.

Everything was great just thinking adult. Pool time should be a longer than a hour but other then that no complaints

The Owners are The BEST!! The Hotel is Very Clean and So was My Room. The Complimentary Breakfast was Awesome!
