We were in town for a large family celebration and needed a room overnight. This property was able to accommodate my large family needing multiple rooms and was pet friendly for their traveling companions, so it was the perfect choice. The entire property is bright, seems to be newly remodeled with updated decor, and offers spacious rooms. The lobby and breakfast areas are well designed to feed and seat many visitors comfortably - the kids loved the waffle maker! If I could choose my favorite feature, I would select the bathroom; beautifully remodeled, brilliant use of dispensers to keep countertops and shower shelves uncluttered, and plenty of fluffy towels!! 10/10 would stay again!

The only thing I could possibly recommend is very minor; having family members that were traveling with their small dogs, of course we wanted to all meet up in the lobby for breakfast, but cannot leave the pets unattended. There is ample seating within the breakfast area that the dogs are understandably not allowed to enter. My suggestion is to add a small seating area just outside of the food area. It would be beneficial for elders or children to sit during check in/out and for those that need to sit with their pet while their family eats. No pets in the food area and no food in the front desk area! ;)

The property was very clean. Room was spacious. Booking and check in was easy. The two young ladies who came to get the TV back working were very friendly.

Hilton has always given me and my guest a free bottle of water but they apparently no longer do this. I have been a Hilton Honors member 10 years and this is the first time I had to make a $100. deposit. Then they charged my account $110. Although the room was left in excellent condition, I will not get the deposit back for 7 days.

Having just left a room, prematurely, at a nearby "Suites" hotel, we found the arrangements and facilities very well maintained and crew was always there to assist if/when needed.

Considering our experience at HI, we didn't have any real complaints outside of a few things like... TP holder was very loose, a few more hooks to hang things in the shower, vanity, and toilet room would be helpful.

The area was very convenient and it was a great breakfast

The hotel didn't have what we reserved on line so that was disappointing and the manager of the hotel wouldn't speak with us about it and also didn't get any help from booking.com to try to resolve my issues

I loved staying here breakfast was exceptional just needed more options and maybe the person making breakfast should be updated on the amount of guest because the second morning when I went there was absolutely nothing but juice

I didn't like that I waited 6 hours for housekeeping but again they are short staffed

Kn Was so clean, The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was Great for a Hotel,Grandaughters loved the breakfast both days. Pool was very clean. The Employees were good,a few seemed very stand off,like they didn't k how to interact with the public!! Pablo was great at the front desk. ,Then on the other hand the rest were Great. Their was one Employee Named Alexander, on a work visa, this young man never stopped cleaning ( mopping, cleaning windows, cleaning Stainless steel on Elevators, such a pleasant person,helped me with my luggage when we got there never asked him,another Gentleman( I called him Berry White( had a very deep voice, forgot his name, doing the same ,every time I seen the both of them, always cleaning, always busy. HOPEFULLY THEY ARE COMPENSATED WELL,THOSE ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN.

Greeted with a smile, and when I ran out of the conditioner in the shower they replaced it! Such great service

Nice, clean spacious room. Good breakfast just would have liked a bit more variety. Very friendly, courteous staff. I would stay here again.

The staff was was incredible and polite

it wasn't a "dislike". But u wish there were dinner or bar options on the premises.

I don’t eat breakfast; but my wife said it was very good. The location was great for seeing friends and family.
