Everything about our stay was great. Wasn't quite sure what to expect when we drove up the hotel, but once inside saw how clean and we loved the decor of the lobby and hotel. The staff were courteous and treated us like we were the only ones staying there. Our room totally blew us away with how big, clean and well thought out. We had a private patio which showcased the well-maintained courtyard. We utilized the Starbucks, which was in the lobby, both in the evening and again before we checked out in the morning.

Enjoyed the courtyard. The food and selections were good. The pool was nice.

You need a liquid soft soap for the face bowl. You need 2, 3, and 5 lb weights for those of us older ladies who like to work out.. You should include a list in the room stating that shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, a toothbrush, and mouthwash are available on request. Provide a department to call.

The staff was so friendly and helped with everything that was needed. Even though this hotel was older the decorations were modern and looked like it was updated. The sitting areas looked inviting and comfortable since we were there for a concert at the Ford Field we didn’t use them. The drive to the venue was highway driving but we did have an alternative that maps took us and we felt safe getting there.

Only one elevator in the whole hotel. The stairs were fine however when we were coming and going without luggage.

Room was good. Front desk employee's are very nice and ready to help.

Food options were very restricted and little expensive. Per night per room price was higher than other hotels in that area.

The location, comfort level.

The personality of the Woman that checked us in. Very unwelcoming as if it was an inconvenience for me to be there. Definitely could be more friendly. The Woman who checked us out was very pleasant.

The breakfast and the breakfast selections were adequate. The spacing of the tables was to our liking. The parking lot spaces provided plenty of room. The Front Desk staff is a tremendous asset to this Courtyard Marriott. They were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff was also warm and friendly.

The walking distance from the Front Desk to our guest room was longer than anticipated. In addition, the location of the elevator was not convenient.

The girls at the desk were informed and professional.

It was quiet at night, and it was close to the events we were attending

The King Suite had plenty of space for relaxation. The indoor pool was actually warm and my son enjoyed it a couple of times. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like reserving pool time and going down to the main desk to get the pool key. The room wasn't the cleanest. Their was a bottle cap under the lamp and the couch had stains on it. There was also a musty smell to the room. It smelled nothing like the main lobby which had a clean & fragrant smell.

The facility was clean, and the staff was very accommodating.

The pool was cold and I wish they had a hot tub.

I impressed by the appearance of the lobby and the building smells fresh.
