The staff was amazing. In particular, Kiki was always helpful, cheerful, friendly and engaged! Also, Kate, the manager, always had something nice to say and took care of all of our needs. The two of them are why we would give this facility a great rating.

Our first room was not very clean and it is clear that the facility could use a little more maintenance. Also, we were surprised that there is not any service on the room unless you stay a week or more. With a six-night stay. We needed some more towels and they were promptly provided. All good.

I loved staying here will stay here again! The staff was wonderful very courteous and friendly, and they weren't lazy. The property was clean and so were the rooms, had a problem with the icemaker in our room repoted it to John who was over maintenance if he wasn't he should be, but originally he asked me to give him thirty minutes and we were at breakfast by the time we got to our room which was about ten minutes after I had spook to John he was knocking on the door, and replaced the icemaker and we had ice. My grand babies loved the pool and the pool is just as beautiful as the pictures. Now for the breakfast, good and hot, sausage, eggs, pancakes, fried potatoes, juice, milk coffee, pastry, cereal hot and cold, boiled eggs, yogart, just fantastic!!

only one thing need new toilets they are to low!!! I'm 73 years old that was too low to the floor for me to plop down on!!

Love it here I didn't wanna leave it's like a home away from home if I could I stay forever having my own bathroom vs being at the crib with one bathroom it just felt home away from home that's all I can say love it here and the staff there awesome

There eggs taste like powdered eggs and bacon was extra crunchy crunchy

Amenities were great. I had an issue arise and it was immediately resolved and they exceeded my expectations. I have stayed here several times and definitely would be my choice again when I return to the area

Very convenient location with a refreshing pool and good free breakfast

Bathtub and toilet were both dirty. Towel rack fell off of the wall when I grabbed a towel. Guests and their apparent outside Guests decided to throw a two day bash in the pool area late into both nights.

nice location, large property, nice comfortable rooms

It was loud at times, people slamming doors and I heard some people arguing. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was no trash bags in the trash cans when I arrived. I reserved my rooms days prior and when I was time to check in I was told my room wasn’t ready. checked back a little later to see if it was ready now. And I spoke to a different lady and she told me that she will upgrade my room and that she was sorry that the other staff member told me to wait instead of just upgrading me seeing how it was already reserved my room and should have been ready when I arrived there. other than that it was a nice place.

Our queen suite was just perfect for the 2 of us. Kitchenette, living room and bedroom...nice. Price was decent. Be advised, there is no daily housekeeping but you can go to front desk and ask for anything (towels, to, soap, etc). The front desk staff is exceptional!! I cannot say enough about each and every one of the folks. They are so courteous, kind and willing to assist in any way. Breakfast was ok. There was a variety to suit everyone's needs. Convenient 2 minute walk to National Coney Island and Jimmy's Tavern.

Pool and employees were nice

A lot of low income people live there and go crazy with the breakfast. Housekeeping never came to clean room and we stayed a week.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and offered us an upgrade.

There were some noisy neighbors till late at night but the rooms have good insulation and we were able to sleep well

It was very clean and it smell so good soon u walk in the hotel. And the beds was very comfortable my kids didn't want to leave lol.

I didn't like the fact they didn't have good cable channels or they wifi was so weak.
