Friendly & helpful staff at check-in.

Quite bit of remodeling going on, so you really shouldn't hold that against the property. But prolly should block off an entrance & exit for the working crews equipment & vehicles. Risk of damaging someone's vehicle as they gather tools, materials, etc. for the job they are doing..

The staff was amazing. In particular, Kiki was always helpful, cheerful, friendly and engaged! Also, Kate, the manager, always had something nice to say and took care of all of our needs. The two of them are why we would give this facility a great rating.

Our first room was not very clean and it is clear that the facility could use a little more maintenance. Also, we were surprised that there is not any service on the room unless you stay a week or more. With a six-night stay. We needed some more towels and they were promptly provided. All good.

I loved staying here will stay here again! The staff was wonderful very courteous and friendly, and they weren't lazy. The property was clean and so were the rooms, had a problem with the icemaker in our room repoted it to John who was over maintenance if he wasn't he should be, but originally he asked me to give him thirty minutes and we were at breakfast by the time we got to our room which was about ten minutes after I had spook to John he was knocking on the door, and replaced the icemaker and we had ice. My grand babies loved the pool and the pool is just as beautiful as the pictures. Now for the breakfast, good and hot, sausage, eggs, pancakes, fried potatoes, juice, milk coffee, pastry, cereal hot and cold, boiled eggs, yogart, just fantastic!!

only one thing need new toilets they are to low!!! I'm 73 years old that was too low to the floor for me to plop down on!!

Love it here I didn't wanna leave it's like a home away from home if I could I stay forever having my own bathroom vs being at the crib with one bathroom it just felt home away from home that's all I can say love it here and the staff there awesome

There eggs taste like powdered eggs and bacon was extra crunchy crunchy

Full kitchen, room was cleaned

Construction was there and was not mentioned when I booked it. Breakfast was nasty Outside had trash at my door, no one cleaned the entrance

Amenities were great. I had an issue arise and it was immediately resolved and they exceeded my expectations. I have stayed here several times and definitely would be my choice again when I return to the area

Very convenient location with a refreshing pool and good free breakfast

Bathtub and toilet were both dirty. Towel rack fell off of the wall when I grabbed a towel. Guests and their apparent outside Guests decided to throw a two day bash in the pool area late into both nights.

It's an amazing property! We really enjoyed the layout of the room, the safety of the area and the proximity of all amenities (Walmart is nearby).

Renovation work that started at 7:30am woke us up.

Pool and employees were nice

A lot of low income people live there and go crazy with the breakfast. Housekeeping never came to clean room and we stayed a week.

Our queen suite was just perfect for the 2 of us. Kitchenette, living room and bedroom...nice. Price was decent. Be advised, there is no daily housekeeping but you can go to front desk and ask for anything (towels, to, soap, etc). The front desk staff is exceptional!! I cannot say enough about each and every one of the folks. They are so courteous, kind and willing to assist in any way. Breakfast was ok. There was a variety to suit everyone's needs. Convenient 2 minute walk to National Coney Island and Jimmy's Tavern.
