I like the fact that I had the option to make food at the hotel instead of buying food which cost more I had a clean refrigerator to store my food in sheets and bed was clean and comfortable it was an area that I grew up in so good memories

The only thing that I didn't like was the snow I live in Florida now and I traveled to Michigan and I don't like snow but the hotel itself was very nice and the staff was nice

Our room was very clean, staff friendly, and close to the attraction we were seeing. This will be where we stay when we come back in the spring.

Halls needed vacuumed upstairs. 4 standard pillows on a king... They were too small. Enough for 1 person, not for two.

Everything was exceptional. Great Professionalism demonstrated thru the whole two night stay.

In terms, of my second night stay. A very big dog stay on the 3rd floor. Barking alot-Other than that everything was exceptional. My stay was great.

The staff is great. I'm homeless, and they really work with me, helping me get a good price. Very nice people, and the room is great for the price. I love it here.

I may have to check out today because I have run out of money.

The bathroom tub could’ve been cleaned a little bit better, but over still a great room. I also didn’t know what time breakfast started and ended.

The staff was very good but I thought the place could be a lot cleaner. There was mold in the bathroom and read below

The bathroom sink plugged up had to ask for a new phone alarm clock in the room. Had to ask for a coffee pot. The electrical sockets in the kitchen did not work

Staff was supper friendly and courteous. We had family in the hospital and staff was very accommodating. Thanks for a stress free stay. :) :)

The breakfast was free and there was fresh coffee every morning I liked that

There’s no indoor pool and nothing much to do beside take a walk maybe around the building and last but not least my room had a stench that smelled like bad water or moldy air

Excellent Staff and General Manager. I have stayed there more than 5 times and it was absolutely great! It's my go to place when I travel to the area. Very clean, quiet and extremely reasonable.
