Everything was excellent, the person in charge of check-in was very kind, and even though my English is not good, he did everything to understand me, there is no doubt that on my next visit to Michigan I will stay here again❤️

Clean and close proximity to where we were visiting.

We had 3 family in our double queen bed room but were only given 2 bath towels. When we went down to the desk to ask for enough towels we were told they were in the dryer and would be brought up to our room later. That did not happen so down to the front desk again to ask for towels. The attendant went to the laundry dryer to retrieve clean towels and said “they are clean just not folded”. He handed me a pile of towels which consisted of one bath towel and two bath mats.

The; room was extremely clean, and well decorated. We had a king size bed, and there was also a sofa bed in the room. The bathroom shower head provided one of the best showers I have ever had! Our friends were staying in the second room I rented, and they commented on the shower head also. There was a refrigerator and microwave under the counter by the bathroom, which were convenient to have. I liked that the sink and mirror were outside of the toilet/shower room. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful, which made for a great night’s sleep. We felt the price of the hotel was quite reasonable for the quality of the room. I booked the hotel over a month in advance through booking.com.

Breakfast was not included in the price. However, we found a terrific restaurant that was only about two miles away. It had great ratings, and we could see why after eating there.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

When we first arrived our room didn't have a working A/C. We ask for another room but the system was down and said we were have to wait, maybe a few hours or over night. The manager came and got us a room quickly. We were very thankful thtat the manager arrived. Also, we had ask for towels since we were staying 2 nights, they never came.

Convenient, close to freeway. Great place to spend Christmas Eve with our grandchildren and children.

We had a small issues with the plumbing and fridge. The young man at the desk was helpful to try remedy the issues the best he could. Offered to change our room. Unfortunately they didn't have the maintenance people to fix issues but we made it work

The staff was very helpful, the courtyard was nice and it was quiet.

I don't think my room was properly clean as I found hair and numerous objects from previous guest.

Booking.com said I could upgrade my room for a small fee but Sonesta didn't get the correct price booking.com stated. However Bob at the front desk took a look at my reservation and adjusted my price to what it was supposed to be. Great customer service. The room was very nice and the courtyard. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which is great. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. I will stay again at Sonesta property again

Could of used an extra blanket but we just adjusted.the temp in the room.

The room was very clean as were the public spaces. The public areas were very pleasant and inviting. The room had a desk on wheels that could be moved around or stored under the traditional desk. The bedding was nice and the bed very comfortable.

The height of the toilet was very low. The back parking lot was poorly lit.

The breakfast was delicious. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The staff is so nice and friendly. The pool was nice and clean. The area to sit outside was very nice.

The room was noisy from the traffic on the highway.

The staff was very attentive to all our needs, they were very nice on both shifts. It was nice and clean in the pool area and the whole facility was clean. I will return with my family again. The room service was quick and the vending area was nice and clean I really had a great experience. I even sat in the lounge area and watched a few of my shows. Best experience I've had in a while. I totally chose the right place to stay for my birthday weekend.

No complaints EVERYTHING WAS VERY VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS ON POINT TO ASSIST
