Breakfast was nice. The setup was fine. It was more than I expected. The lady that was there was great. Staff cleaning crew.Room cleanliness. Valuable’s what I think anyway untouched and in place as I left it. Good job!!

The things that I did not like was the kids running up and down the hallway the first night. Second things was the trash being at the side entrance by door. Which was a drop off point for after cleanup. Which is a double edge sword. Better trash outside waiting for pickup, than trash inside and rooms not being cleaned. Informed clerk I was told they were waiting waiting for it to be moved. And it was.

The place is large and clean. The WIFI, in the room, worked fine as did the coffee maker. I did not try the Television. The Parking Lot is fairly empty. Location is next to a McDonald and a block away from a gas station. Very quiet facility. Very close to Pontiac, if you are going there, and the Interstate, if you are not.

In room 304 light switches on the wall are worn out. Had to wiggle to get lights on . Also the ground fault wall plug in the bathroom won't work for the blow dryer and coffee machine don't work.

Carpets needed vacuuming in the hall Also my relative is handicapped and we were a long way from the elevator, in room 348 I don’t know how I could have asked for a room close to the elevator

The first room which I was booked into had a really bad musty smell to it. I’m so grateful the staff was willing to switch me to a new room, which has much better smell, and made the transition simple and stress-free. I ended up extending my stay by two more nights! Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Aside from the first room, smelling bad, I don’t have any complaints

Good breakfast on the weekends and comfy bed. Good value for the price.

Shower needed a little updating. Pool was down.

Had to put a $100 deposit for incidentals down at the time of registering. Nothing said anything about this when reserving the room online.

I thought the breakfast was fine and meet my needs.

The bed was too high up and I have knee problems I thought the room was suppose for mobility disabled.

The room was very comfortable but it did get hot, staff were very helpful.

The toilet didn't flush very well, and the tub held water while taking showers. But it was clean!

Breakfast was good bed was super comfortable and staff was great for what I paid it was a steal. Close to mall and we got pizza from a place not even 5 minutes away that was amazing
