I booked 3 rooms for my large family, only for one night. Everything in all of the rooms were cleaned and stocked. Breakfast was good and they kept food out, breakfast area was clean. Everything was good. Staff was very friendly. I forgot my kids coats hanging up in the closet, and didn't realize until we got back to the other side of the state. My kids cried when they found out, because they love them. They were so helpful and quick to send the jackets out to me, once I purchased a shipping label. Above and beyond.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I was a bit sad to see there was no hot tub, but that was my fault for not specifically making sure there was.

I certainly did not expect this level of experiencing from Hampton Inn. I usually travel in 4-star+ hotels. Had a cap limit on how much can be spent on a business travel therefore staying with Hampton Inn. Service was very friendly and warm. They also provide little treat which I thought was cute. Liked the hot food station. Waffle station was fun too. Cereal very fresh. Red skin potato was super.

Hot food was quite heavy for morning. I personally would prefer less cheese in the eggs. Carpet felt quite old.

The price for this room...not very updated Poor lighting in the main area- couldn't lay in bed and read on the outer sides of beds Bathroom/tub is small. Shower water pressure not the best It just wasn't as nice as other Hampton's I've stayed at

I had not stayed in a hotel since 2018, eating breakfast off a plastic plate with a brittle plastic knife and fork was a little depressing. The room was fine, the staff friendly the man on reception when I checked was excellent, I'd driven up from Cincinnati after flying in from Dublin. He gave me some water and nibbles which was much appreciated. Aircon was thankfully nice and quiet and the room clean. Staff in the morning were friendly.

In the UK and Ireland breakfast at this price point is much better, but the plastic fair served up in the US is just not good enough. The food itself is of much more limited choice. I did like the waffles.

I like the friendliness of your hotel manager KD he was pleasant, professional and polite to myself and my family. He saw that I was extremely stressed from my drive in through the storm and proceeded to get us accommodated as fast as he could. He went above and beyond to help me.

I was totally angry with the lady who kept coming up to the desk and interrupting KD as he was trying to assist me with my reservation not only did she do it once but several times,that I just told him to handle her situation (she locked herself out of her room 🙄) because she was going to keep being rude as if I wasn't standing there.🤬 He handled the situation calmly and professional although she was being an ass!!!

the Breakfast was good, and the seating area was very clean. Bedsheet were clean.

I thought the staff could have done better about cleaning water off the floor in the building. I was due to people getting out the pool and walking inside the building. there could have been a fall or two.

Easy check-in and check-out. Room was nice. Located near Oakland University.

Previous guest's leftovers were still in refrigerator. We called immediately and were told it would be removed. IT NEVER WAS. Also, the breakfast was pretty limited, not hot and tasteless. Why isn't there water available at breakfast? Why isn't there a table with lamp on both sides of beds? It was too dark to read at night. I used a chair to put water, phone and glasses on at night. Why?

It's not my first staying in "Hampton inn" . Unfortunately I didn't remember name of receptionist during our check-in, but she was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much. Breakfast is standard " Hampton inn" breakfast: scrambled eggs , sausages, coffee, orange juice, apple, yogurt, several choices of bread and muffins, cereal, waffles...

The location was convenient to Pine Knob for a concert.

The air kept shutting off in room and got super hot all night long had to keep getting up to turn it back on. The room was fine. It was just a bit pricey for one night stay.

I received a warm welcome at the check-in desk and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs and there was ample parking. Coffee and tea making facilities were available in the lobby.
