It's a good, affordable hotel. Awesome, helpful staff, comfortable beds, a nice pool, and a balcony! All kinds of good stuff. Overall, I was pretty satisfied. Despite the couple of complaints that I had, I'd stay here again.

My only complaints would be the location, and a couple issues with cleanliness. There was gunk in the bathroom, particularly around the shower and toilet, which was kinda gross, and there was some stuff behind the beds pillow headboard. The location wasn't anything special, but it wasn't necessarily bad. It was surrounded by factories, and other hotels, so don't count on being within walking distance, or less than a 10 minute drive away from, any sort of store or restaurant. It wasn't in a bad area, and it wasn't loud or anything, there just isn't much in the immediate vicinity.

Staff was very friendly upon check-in and checkout. Let us check in early. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.

The air conditioning unit was loud whenever it would kick on. Refrigerator did not keep items very cold and there didn’t seem to be any way to adjust it. No smart TV so we couldn’t stream shows through the TV from our phone and there was a charge for Wi-Fi.

The staff was really friendly! The room was also really nice, and the welcome gift was too cute. Also, getting breakfast included was so worth it because it's from the restaurant.

The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and updated. They allowed us to check in early which was very convenient and the check in process was easy. The room was very clean as well.

The staff was excellent. Everyone had a smile on their face and a kind word to offer. I didnt need much but felt certain my request would be taken care of.

Everything was perfect and the young lady that checked us and was very polite and the young lady that the counter with her was also very polite when I called for towels or was no delay and getting them to me and the young lady that worked the evening and when I went down to ask questions was very friendly would recommend this hotel to people born in that area very convenient to Legoland and the aquarium

The staff (Maliyka and Stephanie) were excellent! The hotel was clean and spacious. Food and Coffee were delicious.
