I like how the staff was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. Especially the young lady in the breakfast area. She made sure there was plenty of food out and when the food was low, she let us know when she would bring out more.

The shower wasn't working properly, and beds was little uncomfortable. One other thing which was not the hotel fault was the third-party booking had not paid for my room which made it difficult to get checked in.

The room, the location, the fitness center in the facility, the pool, the staff was great and the Continental breakfast.

The waiting time to get your $100 deposit back, think you should get that back immediately upon check out. It wasn't a waiting time for them to ii, so it shouldn't be a waiting time to get it back. The parking spots should be a little wider. Maybe add a little more variety to the breakfast menu.

the hotel was very clean, the rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from, i was expecting a muffin and some coffee but surprisingly there were eggs, sausage, home fries, cereal, toast, oat meal a very good selection for all your dietary needs.

there was nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

I didn’t like the front desk service to me it appeared she really didn’t understand how to do her job properly. I didn’t like the fact that the same breakfast was served two days in a row. I didn’t care for the menu the first day and to see the same menu the second day was disappointing.

The hotel was very conveniently located for me, free parking, free wifi, and a big, nice and clean room which are all a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok, but not great. But I guess fine for a 3-star hotel. Only Burger King available within walking distance (as I saw it).

EV charger is constantly off and for some reason, after we turn off the light in the room. There is a light that keep flashing on the ceiling and that’s a little annoying.

Michael checked me in and he was very professional and has a great sense of humor. I thought he was the manager. He should be!

There was nothing I didn't like....oh the ice machine on 4 didn't work.

Variety of breakfast food was good for all members of my family.

Our two rooms requested to be close to each others were at opposite ends of the hallway which was difficult for this mama bear. We understood that there was a wedding party booked in and that was the reason.

The location worked great for us, because it wasn’t to far from where our event was. Which made the Uber cheaper. The staff on hand was very welcoming, and asked if we needed anything. We over slept breakfast time, which was a bit disappointing as we had an hour drive home ahead of us.

Room was not clean to the fullest. Part of the wall trim by the window was coming off. When we walked on a certain spot of the floor it made a noise which a bit annoying. An there was dust in noticeable spots.

Clean and very comfortable. I loved the brekfast and the wifi is super fast. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Great value for money.
