The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Pool was the right temperature and the room was warm. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The glass glasses were a nice touch. Lighting was more than ample.

We were placed on the 6th floor. ALOT of noise and very many small children. Did not fall asleep until later than desired due to the noise from surrounding rooms. Floors out of the elevators were a sticky mess. Frozen fruit for breakfast was undesirable and no waffles.

The room was very clean and spacious! I loved how there’s is a living room side with a couch and a half wall that divides it between the beds, breakfast was great! And staff was very friendly!

The room where the pool was, was pretty chilly but the pool was heated and spacious so not to much to complain about!

Room was comfortable, could have been a little cleaner (found flies in the window sills, sparkles on the floor and an artifical fingernail in the couch). Pool was warm and fun for the kids. Breakfast was very good, well stocked and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice stay.

The rooms are quite comfortable. There is small kitchen area with fridge, coffee maker and sink, a desk, a sofa and TV area, a bathroom and a bedroom area that separated by a small wall to provide some privacy. The bed was quite comfortable. Everything was clean.

I didn't think the breakfast was great. However, it's nice to have access to coffee, tea, fruit and yogurt before heading out.

The staff that greeted us were absolutely amazing! Both elevators were out of order and the service guys couldn't come until the next day. They had short staff also. The girls were under alot of stress and handled it with grace and efficiency. We will go back for sure! Beds were very comfortable, and the room was super clean. Very glad we stayed here and we will book again. The staff who helped us was Shquila, Breanna and Lasharia! All deserve praise 👏

The building seems to need some love as they had a bucket in the hall for dripping water. The owners should put a little money to fix the little issues.

Room was spacious with a couch big enough for everyone in the room to sit on. Large pool. Above average hotel breakfast. Great location for getting on and off the expressway to go to the mall or dinner.

Wish it had a hot tub and microwaves in the rooms. Pool room was very hot.

A/C seemed to struggle to cool the space. Comforter was clean but had stains on it. Wall sconce push switch was kinda dirty (only questionable area for cleanliness).

I had to ask for my mroom to be cleaned. They did make the bed, gave us more towels and emptied the trash but did not clean the sink in the room or stocked more coffee supplies. Everything else was great

Pool big clean rooms and breakfast in the morning I especially liked it going until 10 a lot of rooms stop their breakfast early and my kids are never up in time to enjoy it but they liked it

Pool closed at 9 no adult swim and staff came at exactly 9 to close it up.

My room was great. Only one day it was not cleaned, but it worked out.

I didn't like the malfunctioning fire alarm that awaken me at 0630 in the morning. Not good!! The staff was very informative and apologetic for the inconvenience.
