It was a nice and big room for 3 adults. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. There was pool and 24-hr gym to use. There was also easy access to shops and restaurants as well as the interstate. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The room was a little warm and stuffy. We had trouble getting the thermostat to work properly. We opened a window to have air circulate and cool down the room which helped some. Also, there was no housekeeping services for 3 days (given it was Christmas) and the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) were running low and almost out when we got to our room. It did not get refilled even when housekeeping came on day 4.

The Staff!! Starts with the employees. From top to bottom you can tell when a business has the right people in place. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with smiling faces. They’re always very accommodating and pleasant. Next is the cleanliness, you can literally smell how clean the facility is in the air. The rooms feel clean, you feel comfortable and at home. Lastly, only b/c this is getting long but the breakfast is amazing. Little things like waffle makers and even the mini waffle maker, cereal and the oatmeal station. All the fixins’. Hard to find a hotel that serves still breakfast. All around A+.

Nothing really. Price but that’s everything nowadays . In no way should this comment reflect on the good, hard working folks who work here.

Liked the updated remodeling that has been done. Also, the location was good for our needs. The price and pictures are what helped me make the reservation.

The heater unit was so loud when running 😫 that it made it difficult to sleep. We needed to use it because it was only 6 degrees outside. The mattress was not as nice as other hotels of that price point.

The staff was great, room size and feel was comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Little shop in the lobby was also very convenient and not too far from places we went during our stay.

Pool was on the small side and water was cold, no hot tub. Bathroom floor was dirty and there were huge stains on the pull out bed. Guests in the room next to us were incredibly loud through the middle of the night, but that's no fault of the hotel's. Sunday morning there was not enough breakfast out for all the guests that were trying to eat, there wasn't much left at all only halfway through the set breakfast time.

Love the staff loved the comfortable beds. Rooms are neat and clean and the continental breakfast was amazing.

Went there for the pool and hot tub. Found out when we got there. There was no hot tub that was taken out because of Covid and then it was closed because a kid had an accident in it and it was closed the whole time we were there and we were there for five days. How very disappointing.

Could park close to building. Tea coffee in room. Could sign into Netflix account. Bed was nice. Facial towelettes for face wash were nice.

Gave you tea bags, but nothing to heat water in, or instructions to use the little coffee maker for hot water. No do not disturb sign. Dead bolt didn't work on door. Although felt secure. Large gash in cushion on couch. A bit unsightly to guest. When mentioned at checkout, said it was on order to fix.

We were in room 417 and it was so nice. It was the first time I stayed at this name of a a hotel. The bathroom was wonderful and I enjoyed the shower! Bed was comfortable. It felt homey!.We will be staying at this one again if we are where this way again :)

It was well maintained and clean. the work out room was very nicely equipped.

The driveway leading to their parking is in horrible shape to the extent it could blow out a tire.

The hotel hosted our family for Thanksgiving 2022. The Assistant General Manager, Jessica was AWESOME. She was readily available, WHENEVER I needed her. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure our rooms were all together and assisted each of us when needed. The ENTIRE experience was GREAT from booking to check out!!

This hotel is very nice - spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff was really accommodating and friendly (night shift!) We appreciated little touches like nice shampoo in the showers and coffee in each room.

At a previous stay several years ago, the breakfast was much better - with hot eggs and fresh vegetables. I was looking forward to having this again, particularly due to the room rate and that I was traveling with athletes who need good food for breakfast. (The continental-style breakfast was still pretty good.)
