Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Even with a hotel full of concert goers, it was very quiet. The room had a coffee maker that took k cups (I like to bring my own brand of coffee) and a refrigerator which are both necessary in my opinion. The lady at the desk at check in was super friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again.

There were not enough parking spaces but that may have been because of the concert in town. The shower only had body wash but no bar soap to wash my face with. I think bar soap should be available in each room!

Room was spacious, however the shower was not the best set up. I know it was for wheel chair accessibility however water went everywhere even out the bathroom door into the entryway tile. The tile was not the best choice for the floor that was sopping wet since it was a total slipping hazard in the bathroom and entryway.... Other than that it was a nice room.

Tile floor needs to be replaced due to slippery hazard when wet. Law suit waiting to happen just saying.

Location and accessibility to highway/shopping

Towels were dirty, had holes. We had a coffee spill as our door was opened so it was inside and outside our room - we were given towels to clean it; when we wiped the floor in the room the towel was filthy dirty - beyond the coffee stain. Requested the room be made up - just to have fresh towels but was not done. When we mentioned it to front desk, they brought clean towels but left all the dirty ones and the full garbages.

Great, except 2nd day, the kids expected the cin rolls and weren't there

We asked for room to be cleaned, so we could baby down for nap when we came back. Didn't happen, so we asked if they could clean while we swam, didn't happen. Asked if they could clean while we are, so we could put baby down for a very late nap. Room never got clean, baby never napped.,. Which affected baby attitude . We had to get garbage bags on our own and ask for towels.

Rooms were very clean. Appreciated that I had booked two rooms and was given adjoining rooms. Staff was super polite and helpful during all interactions. Location was good (we were attending a concert at Pine Knob). Lots of great food options nearby. Price was very reasonable.

There was a bit of wear in the rooms, not outside of what is typical (bathroom had a gap/crack in shower surround) for a busy hotel. One of the traveling companions did not like the mirror in the fitness center as they felt the location of behind the treadmill felt off (could be personal preference).

The room was nicely appointed and immaculate. Our check in was also seamless and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, and other than the limited coffee bar, very nice.

I would have liked to see more coffee options in terms of roast/blend. The price was definitely more than if we had stayed farther away from Pine Knob or GLC. However, overall it was worth it.

This hotel was great, the front reception woman was awesome!! I believe her name was Annette, she was the best person I have ever experienced in a hotel, unfortunately I didnt get a chance to thank her before we left but I am hoping that she will see this and next time we are there I hope she is also still there. The room was very clean and very nice, the bed was also very comfortable

The only complaint that we have is that the shower was cold, but we spoke to the people at the front desk and they said that they were having issues and that they had repair people coming .

I like that it was close to everything I had planned for our weekend getaway as a family. And it was clean and that’s also something I can appreciate with young children.

If I could change anything I’d throw in a hot tub by the pool. Although the pool was at a very decent temperature.

Great location to go shopping at Great Lakes Crossing. Able to walk there and to restaurants. The room was hard to maintain a good temperature. Great breakfast options. I was able to eat low carb. The bed was super firm. I didn't like it, but that's preference.

Breakfast was good and sufficient. Food was cooked properly and hot.

Towels were somewhat thin and in need of replacement. Seating was not conducive to watching television (Tv opposite bed, setae in separate area away from Tv)
