Breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day. Hotel is right beside the Great Lakes Outlet mall, very convenient for those who want to get some shopping done. Plenty of restaurant options in the area for lunch or dinner. About an hours drive from DTW airport, close to the Interstate. I stayed in the King Suite, lots of space for a single traveler. Bed was comfortable for me. I was satisfied with the room cleanliness. Free parking onsite, enough spaces available. Check-in/out process was fast and straightforward. WiFi worked well in the room and in the common areas.

My family absolutely loved this hotel. We would book again in a second. The room was VERY spacious. The free coffee, tea, hot chocolate that was available at all hours in the lobby was amazing! The free breakfast was also above and beyond. A different review had biscuits & gravy, there wasn’t that though. There were hot pancakes, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, muffins, toast and bagels. On the other wall was omelette, scrambled eggs, hash browns and as much bacon as you could eat. Finishing off the breakfast was cereals, yogurts, milks, and juices. The location was in walking distance to the mall, which was our primary destination. The pool was empty when we used it, it could have been warmer but was ok after adjusting to the cooler temp.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Even with a hotel full of concert goers, it was very quiet. The room had a coffee maker that took k cups (I like to bring my own brand of coffee) and a refrigerator which are both necessary in my opinion. The lady at the desk at check in was super friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again.

There were not enough parking spaces but that may have been because of the concert in town. The shower only had body wash but no bar soap to wash my face with. I think bar soap should be available in each room!

Room was spacious, however the shower was not the best set up. I know it was for wheel chair accessibility however water went everywhere even out the bathroom door into the entryway tile. The tile was not the best choice for the floor that was sopping wet since it was a total slipping hazard in the bathroom and entryway.... Other than that it was a nice room.

Tile floor needs to be replaced due to slippery hazard when wet. Law suit waiting to happen just saying.

Location and accessibility to highway/shopping

Towels were dirty, had holes. We had a coffee spill as our door was opened so it was inside and outside our room - we were given towels to clean it; when we wiped the floor in the room the towel was filthy dirty - beyond the coffee stain. Requested the room be made up - just to have fresh towels but was not done. When we mentioned it to front desk, they brought clean towels but left all the dirty ones and the full garbages.

Cynthia and Antonio Were very accommodating, they went above and beyond, ,rooms were very clean. Beds are very comfortable, whenever you needed something the service was excellent, 5 min walk to an outlet mall, lots of nice restaurants within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend,

We asked for room to be cleaned, so we could baby down for nap when we came back. Didn't happen, so we asked if they could clean while we swam, didn't happen. Asked if they could clean while we are, so we could put baby down for a very late nap. Room never got clean, baby never napped.,. Which affected baby attitude . We had to get garbage bags on our own and ask for towels.

Rooms were very clean. Appreciated that I had booked two rooms and was given adjoining rooms. Staff was super polite and helpful during all interactions. Location was good (we were attending a concert at Pine Knob). Lots of great food options nearby. Price was very reasonable.

There was a bit of wear in the rooms, not outside of what is typical (bathroom had a gap/crack in shower surround) for a busy hotel. One of the traveling companions did not like the mirror in the fitness center as they felt the location of behind the treadmill felt off (could be personal preference).

The room was nicely appointed and immaculate. Our check in was also seamless and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, and other than the limited coffee bar, very nice.

I would have liked to see more coffee options in terms of roast/blend. The price was definitely more than if we had stayed farther away from Pine Knob or GLC. However, overall it was worth it.
