Nice close parking. Was able to accommodate us with an adjoining room very close to the elevator. Lady at the front desk was very friendly (she was also the one that resolved a very simple issue in booking the adjoining rooms that the out of country call center could not figure out). Room was clean and comfortable. A/C worked great as far as temperature goes. I absolutely love the location. It's right off the highway and has Shake Shack right behind it. Nice large parking lot.

Nothing serious at all this visit; just minor hiccups. A/C control on the wall did not communicate with the actual A/C (not a big deal at all). Occasionally, the rooms have a slight weird smell, kind of like crayons. It's not nasty or bothersome, it's just there. Some of the electrical plugs are worn out and the power adapter doesn't make good enough contact to work (this rooms were much better than last year's). Sometimes you'd have to flush the toilet twice to get everything down (urine & 💩). Not a big deal as long as it doesn't clog like ours last year did.

The room was nice. Looks to be a newly remodeled facility. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I was shocked they didn’t even bother to clean my room. We left our room on Saturday around 10:00-10:30am. Came back around midnight and no one had cleaned it. Beds weren’t made. No new towels. No toilet paper. Just shocked! But too late at that point:

Thomas from Breakfast service made a difference; anything was clean and nice, he really paid an eye on the area. Very, very good! Also very friendly; remembered me even I haven't been in for almost 5months [I had some problems and he remember by himself asking me - this impressed me a lot.] Hotel is really clean; free parking is available;

The HH didn't worked out - last time we lost 8nights!!!! Room service during stay - only upon request! I The staff kept the room at arrival clean [no complains about arrival!!!!] Choice of breakfast items could be better - OK for 1-2 mornings

The rooms were clean, lobby was clean. The breakfast was great! The lounge room personnel were friendly and they kept on top of things, refilling and cleaning as needed.

We could hear a dog whimpering and barking occasionally, but we just turned the TV volume up.

The facility is very clean, the property is in a very nice area with lots of restaurants near by. Also very convenient to get onto the HWY 75.

Weekday breakfast. Weekend breakfast was much better.

I think the bed mattress could have been better. We stayed at 2 other Hamptons on our way north from SC and their beds were much better but our bathroom was better than theirs

The desk clerk, Jason, was very respectful and professional. He was a real testament to the quality of service that Hilton offers at all of their locations, including the Hampton Inn.

It was easy to find venue. We were close to Royal Oak Theater like 10 minute drive. Could not beat the price. Staff was awesome. Great stay.. this trip was for my niece to her 1st tenny bopper event.

The drivers in Royal Oak just sit at the lights!! But doesnt have anything to do with trip, or hotel.

Breakfast was decent but not excellent. However, people to recognise for excellence are the cleaning guy who was working the afternoon shift on Saturday 7th October, as he did a superb job. Also, Robyn on the reception desk was very good.

The breakfast could have been better.

Location and room size. Clean. Bed was nice. Breakfast was good.

Needs a little upkeep - wall paper peeling an BR and some black around the shelf in the shower - didn’t look to closely at it.
