I really appreciate it that they had the lights on when I answered the room. I got there later in the day otherwise the room would have been completely dark. Checking it was a breeze checking out was even easier. I like how open the floor plan in the building was. The room was super clean and well organized

The ac/heat wasn't as great in the bedroom. I like to sleep cold I feel like with the door closed I didn't get a lot of the air that was in the sitting area. Also this wasn't the hotels fault but a lot of children running around screaming on the floor I was on and knocking on doors.

the location of the property was perfect. It was easy to find. It was only 2 blocks from the medical facility we had an appointment at. the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the reception in the evening and the made to order breakfast the next morning. Although it was close to the interstate, the room was quiet.

The only problem with the room/hotel was that we were on the 3rd floor and it took forever for us to get hot water in the shower and sink. We "wasted" a lot of water just letting it run until it got warm. We never really got hot water, but it was warm enough to take a shower. the water ran for more than 5 minutes before we got warm water. That situation needs to be corrected. Water is too precious to waste.

It's really an 8.5 as opposed to an 8.0 The staff are great and the rooms are very quiet.

We liked the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The room was also very comfortable. The breakfast and complimentary drinks were the best. All staff members were very kind and helpful. We liked everything about the hotel except for the bathroom and shower 😊

We liked the bathroom and shower but it was not convenient to have the bathroom be that small and have the handle to enter the shower that close to the toilet. We also didn't think that it was smart to put a group of kids next to our room. We were in a conjoining and the kids were knocking on the door but when we went into the bedroom, we couldn't hear them. We didn't complain because children will be children but there were other rooms that they could've gone to. The good thing is that we had a wonderful anniversary and the bedroom was soundproof, so the kids could have fun and so could we 😍

It was nice close to everything I loved the breakfast Chelsea and ray was very nice and very helpful would come back and stay

It’s clean quiet, the breakfast is phenomenal. The stuff was exceptional and accommodating. Even though the pool wasn’t open, I still enjoyed being there.

There was nothing to not like, everything was wonderful.

Great value for a 2 room suite that fits 4 adults comfortably. Included breakfast is really, really great; and the evening reception is a very nice touch - always looking for Embassy Suites because of these three reasons.

I love the building. I love the staff especially the lady who checked us in the night we came, very professional and friendly, another aspect I love about the hotel is the breakfast area and the chef that was on shift on Tuesday morning , very professional and he knows his job.

The supply for 5 of us was small and when I complained iy as fixed, every other thing was okay

Hotel was very nice , loved our room . The breakfast was great as well .

My only complaint is there wasn’t a fresh roll of toilet paper. And no extra roll in the room . So we had to keep going down to front desk.
