I booked this hotel for an Aunt from out of country. She wanted a bath tub instead of a shower. I talked to front desk and was told that they would switch from a King to Queen doubles in order that she would get a tub, and put a "note" on her reservation. After she checking in, i found out the next day that they did not make the switch as confirmed. Slightly disappointed. Other than that did not hear of any complaints about the room.

Very nice staff, gave me a more quiet room almost immediately when there was a party in the lobby area. The new room was very quiet.

Breakfast/lobby area too close to rooms on first floor, virtually no noise insulation. Not a problem for normal talking, but certainly not good in case of a party there.

the staff, the clerk at check in was awesome along with assistant manager. as booking messed up reservation. the place was spotless and fresh clean feeling through. room was great

I like that it was located close to Great Lakes Crossings Mall, Top Golf, Downtown Detroit wasn’t to far. Everything about the property was nice and clean from outside to the inside of the property.

That I was charged when I checked in event though I had previously paid 3 weeks in advance.

Loved the room! The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was so nice and clean! Really enjoyed my stay here.

The breakfast could've been better. The eggs didn't taste great and there isn't a huge selection of food to choose from.

Loved everything about the property. It was clean. It was beautiful and the people were so so sweet and helpful.

The location was great, with handy shops and restaurants close by. the staff were also friendly and helpful.

The pool was close two times for extended maintenance. the bed was lumpy and the AC unit does not have a perpetual fan setting for white noise. when the Ac was off I could hear all the sorrow ding rooms. Breakfast selection was decent but bland.

This is a really nice hotel! My room was decorated beautifully and in particular the lighting was excellent throughout the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was super comfortable.

Don’t know how it could improve.

Breakfast was served on plastic, which is not what you’d expect from a hotel at this price

No soap in room except a small bar in the bathroom. Of course didn’t notice until in the shower.
