We always stay at this hotel when in town visiting my grandparents. It's in a great location within walking distance to a couple food options. The hotel is always clean and the staff I have encountered have all been really nice and helpful. The free breakfast is always good also.

I don't really have any complaints other than the coffee, but crappy coffee is better than no coffee in the morning.

Pool was cloudy and saw hairs in it. Also, I feel price was wayyyy too expensive for a one night weekday stay. I feel they are taking advantage of people coming for a concert and jack up prices.

This was a good, clean hotel. It was a bit pricy, but we didn't have a lot of choices. Still, the rooms were clean, WiFi worked well, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was decent, staff was friendly, and everything worked. So we were happy and we would stay their again.

First night we were in a handicap room. Bath room backed up to elevator shaft… very noise !!!! I did not get any sleep. Ask to change rooms, very friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect after that !!!!

Your property was very appealing to the eye the flowers were in bloom, and it looks like it has been kept very, very nice

We stayed in a handicap room in the bathroom could not have been better. It was so assessable for us. I just loved it with with both of us being on walkers it was very convenient. The only thing that I found an issue was was the bedroom where the bed was, we just could fit our walkers in, with not too much room left over.

It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, as well as the desk chair. The room was a good size and the shower head was great! I also liked the breakfast.

I'd always like for the room rate to be lower. Free water in my room would have been nice.

The breakfast is good. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. Huge plus after a long day of work.

The WiFi would drop periodically which is difficult when working on a VPN. Had to keep signing in.

Main issue was one light didn't work in the bathroom...the lighting would have been better had it worked. I told staff when I checked out and they thanked me for bringing to their attention. A discount would have been nice.

Clean room and nice customer service, but you can get that for alot less money.

Maintenence needed on a few things. Tile repairs were sloppy in our bathroom. Common areas could have been kept up a little cleaner.

I had a diabetic emergency in the middle of the night. Staff at the front desk was amazing and got my husband some apple juice for me. Took care of my emergency ASAP. So thankful! I will definitely stay again!
