Hotel was new, staff was nice, and it was clean. It was very close to shopping and many restaurants. A hospital was right next door. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The workout room was really nice too. It is located in a really nice suburban area.

The pool was very small and no full kitchen but it is a nice hotel. I didn’t have a problem with the pool but my husband said it was small and the water was cold. But if you don’t care about the pool this is a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was hot and the breakfast area was kept clean. Morning staff was very friendly and helpful! We had our twin baby girls with us, and staff made sure highchairs were clean for them to use! Location of the building was great for us. The wedding was only a 20-minute drive and reception with just 10 minutes away. And lot of shopping pretty close to the hotel.

I can't say there was really anything we didn't like about the hotel. I would recommend maybe getting a few more highchairs for the dining area because the first morning we had to wait for highchairs to open up for our 8 month olds to eat due to you only having 2 on site.

The hotel is newer and was very clean. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and it was quiet. I would definitely stay again. A lot of businesses close by that would have anything you need.

I stayed 4 days and my room was not cleaned the entire time. Had to go to desk to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and Kleenex.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable for myself and my kids. Breakfast was good and there was a good selection. Especially loved the later checkout time!

Pool was small and a little chilly. There was a large group of teens who came in to the pool 30min after we got there. I injured my back when having to quick grab by 5yr old to prevent her from being hit in the pool by a bigger kid. I'm usually a pretty easy going person, but these kids doing cannon balls in a tiny pool and being disrespectful really ticked me off. The only reason I paid extra to stay at this hotel was because of the pool.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations! The breakfast was great!! All of the options I could ever want. Classic and chocolate waffle mix, all of the additional items, such as pecans, whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc, for the waffles. Hard boiled eggs wrapped individually, biscuits and gravy, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal. The hotel is CLEAN and modern!! It has modern decor, beautiful bathrooms, a nice fitness center, nice pool (with a little shower to rinse off), towels stocked (big and small), bathrooms inside the pool area, central air, comfy sheets, gorgeous setup, and friendly staff. Even the elevators are top notch! Little details here and there made it pop more, like the selfie dog banner on the elevator door, the welcome sign on each door with a picture, a complimentary bag at check in (chips and cookies), toiletries, such as a shower cap, mouthwash, q tips, cotton balls in the bathroom. There is a planet fitness, Aldi, Henry Ford medical, all within the same lot. All stores and anything needed within minutes. We have recommended this hotel, and will always recommend it. We will definitely stay again if in the area! The towel on the floor is from my daughter dropping it, not from the hotel staff. Everything is as clean as can be!

Nothing, we loved everything.

Every employee we encountered was so genuinely nice and friendly. This was probably the best hotel experience I've had - from the staff to the clean hotel rooms, great breakfast spread each day, and ready-made coffee/tea available 24/7. Plus, it was so close to great shopping. We would love to come stay here again! (PS - we didn't come with a pet, but I love that there were dog biscuits on the counter)

The room was very clean and well appointed; the beds were very comfortable; there were sufficient towels for a multi-night stay, so with the cleaning every multiple days, this met our needs. The complimentary breakfast offering was very good and the egg and meat options varied from day to day. There were a lot of different options for vegetarians as well. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very friendly and welcoming.

Quiet, comfortable, clean and good walking distance to food/shops/supermarket if you do not have a car. Staff were lovely. Highly recommend this place in comparison to some other spots we stayed in the area!

The breakfast was okay, not amazing but still decent.

Breakfast was okay. Omelets were a bit dry. Waffles were very good. It was great to have coffee always available in the lobby. Staff were helpful. Rooms and common areas were very clean.

We asked for our room to be cleaned, but it was not done on the day of our request. It was finally cleaned when we asked a second time.

ok like many hotels,missed cranberry juice you usually have. Being a vegetarian I found things to eat. Stores close by like Aldis.
